Just got back from a luxurious week stay celebrating a fun filled new years eve 2026. Unico was just what we were looking for, an adults only relaxing stay with fantastic food and drink, beautiful pools and beach, and fun evening entertainment. The staff and service were amazing, especially Madai at the Lobby Bar who lights up the room and your heart with her beautiful smile! The rooms and restaurants are tastefully decorated in authentic Mayan tradition, and the food is top notch especially for an all-inclusive. We definitely plan on returning soon, probably by the end of this year when we need another beautiful beach side relaxing vacation. This resort lives upto all the hype and expectations. Rooms are top notch, classy and practical; service is attentive and genuine and the food and beverage is top notch. All the restaurants are speciality ones and offer amazing variety and quality. The French Avec, which is for newest one is the feather in the cap, but you won’t go wrong with any of them. Our initial butler, Erick is a gem. We were then switched over to the A team as we upgraded to HOF membership. Alexander and Alejandro were professionalism personified. Attentive from 9am to 11pm for any of our requests. The pools are fabulous and we never found a shortage of sun beds. Drinks are creative and bar tenders want to surprise you with creations. Overall, it’s a gem of a place and if you are a legendary member, they make that extra effort to make you feel even more special. Angie at the Palamera bar won us over. We joined her for lots of activities such as lotto and bingo and singing and shows and she is energetic beyond belief. And make sure to wake up for the sunrises on the beach. We had an exceptional stay at UNICO 20°87° Riviera Maya. The resort truly delivers on its promise: beautiful property, excellent food, thoughtful design, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to disconnect and enjoy our time together. Our concierge Jorge was excellent. Professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. We weren’t very demanding, but whenever we needed something, it was handled smoothly and without stress. He made our stay easy from start to finish. We especially want to recognize Luciano, our breakfast server. Management should know that he was the standout of our entire dining experience. If you are staying here, ask for Luciano by name. He was warm, friendly, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond. He remembered details, anticipated needs, and brought genuine kindness and joy to every morning. Breakfast with Luciano became one of the highlights of our stay, and his service reflects extremely well on the resort. Everything else about UNICO was top notch: the rooms, the grounds, the food, and the overall level of service. The resort feels refined without being pretentious and luxurious without being stiff. We would absolutely return and highly recommend UNICO to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing Riviera Maya experience.

Absolutely gorgeous resort. Went there for our friends wedding and it was beautiful! I’ll start with the hospitality and guest services were very good. Everyone so friendly and helpful and took us immediately to our rooms and even leaving they made sure we had the right travel group van. Came straight to our room and it was absolutely gorgeous we had the swim up king. Room was very clean and beautiful. The pools here were awesome too quiet and loud pools for partying all available. We never went in the swim up but it was nice too. The restaurants were incredible, all of them. The breakfast buffet had so many selections and all of them incredible. The Italian spot our waiter was so friendly and nice and the food was so good. Only reason I’m giving this place 4/5 stars is because the room service for food is absolutely terrible. We ordered 6 times throughout our 4 day stay and it only came once haha. The one time it did come it was like a meal for a small child. It kinda became funny by the end cause it’s a complete toss up if you’re going to get anything.

My wife and I had a fantastic weeklong stay at UNICO 20°87° celebrating her birthday. The experience was truly exceptional thanks to the superb customer service from every staff member we encountered. From the moment we arrived, our concierge butler, Roger, was on top of all our reservation needs. He communicated clearly and kept us updated at all times. A big thank you as well to Eduardo, who took over in the late afternoon through the evening. The “Hall of Fame” level of service was consistently maintained between the two of them. Special thanks to Astrid at the 2087 restaurant for her outstanding service, Allan at the pool area, and Angie, who kept us entertained during the bingo session. They all played a big part in making our celebration truly memorable.
