Stayed here over new years. First impressions- hotel looked very nice and was impressed with waterpark onsite. Rooms were nice and spacious although I feel could do with a deeper clean. There were dirty areas within the room from prior to our arrival. We notice the beds get made but the floors were not cleaned unless asked. The lifeguards and most of the restaurant staff were approachable and polite. The bar staff and some members of staff across the hotel came across ignorant and rude, unless money was being tipped. Ome of the managers ( didnt remember his name but he had light green eyes) was so helpful and polite. The water slides and kids pools are amazing! Something for ALL ages and never a queue! The choice of food I thought was good and we were a family of 2 adults 3 kids ages 13, 10 & 7. The entertainment team is feel could be a little bit more enthusiastic. Sometimes some of them looked like they didnt want to be there. But some of them was always full of energy. The entertainment as a whole I felt could improve hugely it wasnt great and didnt last long. The drinks are not great alcohol wise. But cokes, fanta and juices, coffes plus bottled water good. We really enjoyed the new years eve gala party! We did get ill but we couldn't say if that was from the hotel or the outside excursions we done. Its 50/50 its going to happen in egypt. I would recommend this hotel. The sister hotel across the road has access to the beach which you can get a free shuttle bus too amd do some snorkeling.

First visit to Hurghada as we didn’t like sharm! I cannot fault much with this hotel apart from the buffet food, nothing wrong with it very clean and well presented just not my kind of cuisine. The Al la carte restaurants tho were on another level! I’d like to say an extra special thanks to TAHER, MAHAMOUD & SHABBA, these 3 people are a credit to the hotel and go above and beyond to look after you. We didn’t want for nothing, never without a cold drink, amazing with our children and just made the whole experience outstanding! Thank you and see you in janruary, YES we loved it that much this month we are already going back.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Plenty of choice for food. Extremely friendly staff. Great pools and slides. And I don't think I've witnessed cleanliness like they showed at this hotel anywhere else in the world. Brilliant time had by all. We deffo be going back.

We have enjoyed our holiday here.Staff is very friendly,helpful,working hard,always welcome you with a smile. The workers keep the hotel and pool areas constantly clean and tidy. I would love to recommend a wee shop next to the pools called -"Black seed".There is a lovely man with nickname Dr. Bob Marley,he is very kind and if you have any health issues he can sell you very good natural organic herbs and a lot of cosmetic products.

The hotel is nice, and the food is good. The staff is alright, although the animation team isn’t anything special. The shops inside the hotel are very expensive, and the hotel activities are also overpriced. My advice: if you need to buy something, go outside the hotel — you can save around 50%. Don’t use the hotel’s taxi service; they tried to charge me $25 to go to Hurghada. Instead, download the inDrive app, and the trip will cost around $3. Be aware that many people will try to overcharge you or scare you by saying it’s not safe outside the hotel. This is not true. Don’t believe everything the hotel tells you — it often feels like they just want to take more money from you
