We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Although we arrived early, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Ibrahim at the reception. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful, and thanks to him we received our room very quickly. The beach is beautiful, with soft sandy shores and crystal-clear water, making it perfect for relaxation. The food was enjoyable, with very good quality and a nice variety. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality of every single staff member. Without exception, everyone was welcoming, polite, and always willing to help with a smile. This was our first stay at the hotel, and it certainly won't be our last. We highly recommend it and look forward to coming back again.
