Really deceived. You arrived at swimming pool early to enjoy the sun (7am) nearly nobody on transat but all reserved. And some people take until 3 transat to be higher from the ground...... Nearly nobody in hotel say good morning.....Just a fabric for money..... I am very sad of how the world is turning.

Pleasant stay with a great location, but All-Inclusive" concept needs work ​Rating: 4/5 ​I spent 7 days at Bella Vista Resort with my wife. Overall, we had a very nice and relaxing vacation. The hotel has a lot of charm, but there are some things you should know before booking. ​The Good: ​Perfect Layout: The best thing about this hotel is that it's compact. Everything is just a 1-minute walk away—the beach, the pool, the restaurant, and the lobby. ​Great Atmosphere: I loved the garden area in front of the reception. It’s a beautiful spot with lush greenery where you can sit outside and watch football matches. Very relaxing! ​Beach & Housekeeping: The beach is small but very beautiful and well-kept. Also, a big shout-out to our room cleaner and the lobby bartender—they are true professionals. ​The Not-So-Good: ​"All Inclusive" Concept: Even though I paid for All-Inclusive, I was disappointed to find out that the room minibar (beer/soda) and ice cream by the pool were extra charges. For a hotel that claims to be "All-Inclusive," these should be included. ​Repetitive Food: The buffet is okay, but after 3 days, the food and desserts become very repetitive. ​Tipping Culture: Some of the staff can be a bit over-focused on tips. If you don't tip, the service can become a bit slow and reluctant, which can be annoying. ​Verdict: For the price, it’s a good hotel. It’s not perfect, and there are better resorts out there, but I truly enjoyed my stay because of the great location and the cozy atmosphere. It’s a solid choice if you want everything close by, but be prepared for some extra costs.

8 days end year vacation, everything went fine, it was quiet and relaxing, we enjoyed it. Furthermore they made a wonderful end-of-year dinner, show, celebration for all the guests. Great.

An old city hotel with a small but green grounds. The hotel has a narrow beachfront and a charming cafe right on the pier, offering a gorgeous view of the sea. Incidentally, you can even visit this cafe from the street, even if you're not a hotel guest. The hotel's service is modest, but it does have the advantage of being located on the lively Sheraton Street.

The resort has its all beautiful beach. The buffet is various and generally fresh with good taste but the red wine and wishkey are not good at all. The swming pool is close too early, at 5:00 pm. The furniture in the room is just 2-3 star quality
