Just finished a great 2 night stay. The one negative for me are the pool areas. So cramped and quite chaotic. Fortunately a couple of minutes walk and you are on the jetty areas with nice and relaxed sunbathing areas. Rooms were basic and clean, maybe need a bit of a makeover. Food was great. We ate at the Asian a la carte and it was very nice. Biggest plus at this hotel for me is the staff. So friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble for them, a credit to the hotel. What a beautiful hotel! Everything is well taken care of — the food is delicious and varied, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and the bay are absolutely amazing, perfect for relaxing or joining in on the fun activities that are organized. The animation team also deserves a big compliment: they are enthusiastic, friendly, and make sure there’s always a great atmosphere. Everyone at the resort is kind and very helpful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back! 🌞

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and were generally pleased. The hotel's food is varied and everyone can easily find something to their liking. The sea is also wonderful, with a sandy entrance and a reef area for snorkeling beyond. It's suitable for both those who want to relax in the sea and those who want to explore. We also spent a day diving with Global Divers (you can find my reviews on Google Global Divers). We loved the entertainment provided by the entertainers, the overall hotel service, and so on. Everyone at the bars we hung out at was polite and friendly. The hotel also accepted our luggage on the last day, allowing us to stay until our flight, and prepared a meal for us to eat at the airport. Thanks again to Mahmoud. For me negative point was that, unfortunately, although our room was cleaned every day, it wasn't as clean as hotels in Turkey. room cleaning could be improved.

I am not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from. I stayed here in the beginning of November and have very few good things to mention. Rundown hotel squished in between a building site and another abandoned hotel. The rooms are poorly maintained. Besides a handful of exceptions, the staff does not really care about it. The food in the dining hall is okay, but all the a la carte restaurants (with the exception of Gamila) are a complete waste of time. Cherry on top - I got food poisoning from eating fish at the oriental restaurant. The hotel is fool of children who are admittedly having a great time. The beach is very shallow. The animation program is loud and runs until 10-11pm so you better like loud music of questionable quality. WiFi is barely working anywhere on hotel grounds. Overall I had a very poor experience but unfortunately was stuck with it for the duration of my trip.

It's a beautiful and clean resort. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Upon arrival, we received a free room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. The housekeepers are also very friendly and made beautiful towel creations. We had a wonderful time, and unfortunately, the time flew by.
