We were here for 9 nights with all inclusive option. Private beach was clean and nice,rooms clean(little problem with ants in bathroom),people very nice and good. Food ok,nothing special,enough option for everybody. Beer not good at all,it feels like it dosent have alchole in it at all. We drink it all day and we didnt felt drunk. Cocktels were made by some cheap alcoholic drinks,so they were strong. Very disiponted in beer,beacuse we choose this hotel for this. Location perfect,near centar.

So I did not read clearly when booking - all meals included, with beers / alcohol / snacks available basically at all time. The facilities (beaches and pools) were great as well. Staff was really nice but the front desks some times will try to be funny with you. But no big deal. I really enjoyed my stay. Would recommend.

I was at the resort with my girlfriend for 12 days and we had a really good time there. The stuff was very nice and polite with big smile on their faces, happy to help us in any situation and for any information. I would say that it was very clean and safe, there was a big choice of food and drinks, sea was clean with space for juming into the sea, for women there was aqua dance as well, the pool maybe a bit small but it was very clean and nice! All recommends for this resort :)))

Very stressful and unpleasant stay We stayed at Minamark Resort for only a few hours before our flight and had a terrible experience. We booked a room without a pool view to avoid noise, but it was very loud — we heard shouting and even what sounded like a fight on the street. The AC made a horrible buzzing sound, so we had to turn it off. For the price, the room was outdated and far below a 4-star standard. The worst part happened at check-out. We never used the pool, but the staff insisted we return towel cards that we had accidentally left in the room. Even after explaining that our taxi was waiting and we were late for the airport, the receptionist forced me to go back to get them. Then the shift manager spoke to us aggressively and even tried to stop our taxi driver from leaving. It felt intimidating and completely unprofessional. Only the lobby looks decent — everything else is average, and the staff were rude and unfriendly. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Would have gave the hotel 4/5 if the last day didnt let them down!.... no private shower room for late checkouts!..we were offered the use of the shower at the beach!🙄.... no spare rooms at all.??...our pick up was 4pm so we wernt looking for a mega late checkout! Food basic we only ate breakfast twice in the 7 night stay and only used the restaurant twice in the evening. Ora Bar is the best place for drinks, food & service which h is located in the hotel lobby.....Sam and all the waiters are more friendly and helpful, you have to pay at this bar but its very very reasonable and worth it!!👍❤️ Beach is very busy, beds are taken quickly especially in the best spots, lifeguard will help reserve you a good one if you tip well! Spa was fab, great massage and Turkish bath ❤️ Definitely not a 4 star, 3 star would pass👍 Location is great for town but very noisy if you have a front or side room...we had sea view 305 which was really good. Room was cleaned daily and clean towels if you wanted them. Get a red flag from the towel centre or you will get hounded everyday, all day for trips, spa, tattoo, perfumes etc. All in all we had a good holiday but absolutely disgusted that as a family were expected to shower at the beach in the public toilets, as a 50yr old well seasoned holiday maker (4-5 trips per year)..... we have NEVER had this before!......MinaMark I strongly recommend you atleast keep 1 room available in the future for families & all to shower etc before their late long flights home.!!! Shame as the late checkout ruined review and the end of our holiday!
