We stayed at the hotel in December 2025, and my birthday on December 17th was made truly special. The hotel surprised me at breakfast with birthday pastries, candles, and a song, and later in the day we also received sparkling wine in our room – such a wonderful and thoughtful gesture. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and a special thank you to Lorena who truly went the extra mile 🌟. She was always kind, caring, and positive, making every guest feel seen with her warm smile and positive energy. I felt genuinely cared for and happy throughout our stay. Clean rooms with sea views, amazing staff, and a great sense of community. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 2 weeks, we had a top floor romance room, which in winter is well worth the upgrade as it has evening sun and fantastic views. We could also listen to the music in cafe del Mar or shows by the pool. We enjoyed the huge jacuzzi and they left us some cava and chocolates 💕 Great pool areas, well maintained and friendly staff and animation team. My only issue is the sun bed situation, it’s beyond a joke, they try their best but it’s completely reserved by 8am ! The poor guy then goes around wasting paper with a written note, he then takes towels off, but then places them on a table next to the bed.. yep then whoever comes back to their moved items has an argument with the person who “ Took their bed” As we booked exclusive upgrade we could book daily beds on the rooftop - there is no shade but stunning views, it’s a shame as we just felt out of it, there is even a nice section of double beds downstairs by the exclusive lounge but again this was taken daily. I normally start work at 8am so I needed a rest and just couldn’t deal with the embarrassing sun bed wars.. Half board exclusive came with a drinks lounge, this was nice with beer on tap and premium drinks from 10-6 the snacks were pretty poor and heavily picked over. They have such a nice selection at breakfast and dinner of meat/ cheese etc I’m not sure why it’s not utilised in the lounge? Meals were fine, they are catering to a large crowd, we felt there was a large selection at both and it was well managed and very clean, the food could have been a hotter temperature is my only complaint .The Santa grill was a nice change in with our package. The pool bar food was nice as was cafe Del Mar at extra cost. The night time lounge was comfy and good drinks prices. We felt the hotel really make efforts to entertain guests throughout the day and in the evening. Highlights are the staff, in all areas of the hotel , especially when we had storm Claudia they tried especially hard to look after everyone and keep the water at bay ! Given the location of the hotel, and facilities,adults only, we would definitely return , just a few small changes would make it perfect 🤩 Thank you for a fantastic holiday 💕☀️

We had another absolutely incredible stay at Hotel Tigotan, Tenerife, and once again it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, everything was perfect — the beautiful breakfasts every morning, the stunning dinners, the spotless facilities, and above all, the kind, friendly, and professional staff. Honestly, there are too many amazing team members to name — everyone we encountered was brilliant and made us feel so welcome. A very special thank you to Erika at reception, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely throughout our stay. She even arranged a courtesy room for us on departure day so we could freshen up before heading to the airport — such a thoughtful touch that made a huge difference. This was our second time staying at Tigotan, and it absolutely won’t be our last. The atmosphere, service, food, and overall experience are simply outstanding. We felt completely relaxed, looked after, and at home. Thank you to the entire Tigotan team — we love you guys and can’t wait to return! ❤️

Our experience here at the Tigotan hotel tenerife was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff..the food..the entertainment..the rooms was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and processco. The entertainment was absolutely fantastic from morning to evening we really had a great time. The efforts the hotel and staff went to was out of this world from Michael,Julia and all entertainment staff, they gave us a fun filled holiday without having to even leave the hotel. There were activties like cocktail making, foam party, music bands, minigames and lots more. The attention to detail the hotel went to was above and beyond. We had an absolutely amazing time and we will definitely be back. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic I cannot recommend this hotel enough it was amazing 🙌 😍.

Was really disappointed with the level and service visiting this hotel for NY eve 2026. With the incredible price charged the amenities and service are far under expectations! Few details: - room is charged with minibar but they have provided only 2 bottles of water for one week stay - same - no replacements if you use toiletries like cotton pads, razor etc - need to ask room service if you need to refill soap or douche gel - rooms are clean but obviously designed in 70's - extremely dirty floor mats at the floors - the boiled water at breakfast smells chloral - we used a dinner coupon in the local restaurant Santa Anna and the food cannot be eaten due to specific smell of steak (not fresh) and overall presentation The staff tried to make the stay pleasant and i really admire how they did however obviously the hotel needs fundamental renovation and change of the approach.
