We had a truly wonderful stay at the The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa Phuket. The property itself is stunning—set on a hillside with beautiful views, yet very easy to navigate thanks to the electric golf carts that are always just a quick call away. While the rooms are slightly dated (and currently being renovated), everything else more than makes up for it. What really stood out to us was the exceptional staff. They consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast team thoughtfully remembered our order each morning, which added such a personal touch to our stay. When our 3-month-old daughter wasn’t feeling well, the front desk promptly arranged for an in-house nurse—something we deeply appreciated as new parents. The private beach is another highlight—peaceful, scenic, and equipped with very comfortable sun beds. The only minor downside is that it’s a bit rocky, and swimming is limited to certain hours due to low tide. The hotel’s location is also a big plus—tucked away in a quiet area, far from the crowds and hustle of Phuket, yet only about a 20-minute drive to the Old Town. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would absolutely recommend this property for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay.

We had a mixed experience at The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa. Upon arrival, we were initially checked into a very dated, tired room. However, after we requested a change, the staff moved us to a quiet room in a different wing, which we appreciated. Curiously, the welcome amenity (a fruit platter) from our first room was never transferred to the new one a small detail, but a bit disappointing nonetheless. The resort itself is colossally tired and in dire need of a global renovation. You can see tiles falling apart, weathered woodwork, and general wear and tear everywhere; in fact, a few spots felt downright unsafe. On the positive side, the location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and filled with local birdlife. However, you should note that the beach is completely unswimmable you will only be able to swim in the pools. As for the dining, the local restaurant left me confused. The burger was incredibly dry, and the Tom Yum soup tasted quite strange, which was disappointing given the price of around 700 THB per portion. On a brighter note, the breakfasts were quite good, and the service was pleasant the staff were always smiling and helpful. I truly hope management invests in a full renovation and launches a renewed version of the property. Right now, seeing such a beautiful location in this state is a bit of a sad sight.

What a wonderful and amazing stay at this resort. Breakfast was excellent in terms of quality and choice. The staff was exceptional and provided a top-notch services. There is nothing around, but it’s quiet and serene. The hotel is by the beach, so you can go down and swim.

Had an amazing stay here. The experience started not so great when our room was upgraded automatically and downgraded automatically as well without informing us. When I complained to the team, they were very prompt and professional. They gave us a great upgrade. It made our entire stay exceptional. The staff was very friendly and prompt with all of our queries. We were visiting the hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. They decorated our room and kept a small cheesecake, which was a great gesture. They also helped us book excursions to Phi Phi Island, which was very professionally handled. They even surprised us by informing the staff there to celebrate my wife's birthday. As vegetarians, we had no issues with food options available. The views from the room were also exceptional. One important thing to note is that their rooms are a bit outdated and the duty manager did inform me that they are planning to refurbish the property. However, that aside, everything else was amazing. Overall, our stay was exceptional and we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Phuket.

I really wish the hotel staff can see this comment. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Westin in March and the stay was lovely. Thank you for the room upgrade and it was a huge room, more than enough with huge balconies. Also thank you for all the amenities like birthday cakes and all the flower pedal decoration was stunning. During the stay, my boyfriend wasn't feeling great but the hotel nurse took care of him and the front desk agent even remembered and ask if he is feeling better the next day since we cancelled the shuttle to Phuket Old Town because he wasn't feeling well. I really do appreciate every single staff there, they were all so kind. You made our trip really special.
