Service was great! Smiles all the time and everyone provided assistance when needed all of the front door staff and bartenders were excellent. Ploy was extremely helpful and attentive. The food was good with lots of variety. The lighting in the rooms could be a bit brighter however they were clean and roomy. The location is for relaxing away from the hustle but only 20 minutes by taxi to old Town and the mall. I highly recommend. Private small beach kayaking And some daily activities available. Small private rocky beach.Tips bring a universal plug, sunscreen, small bills to tip and mosquito spray.wsyer shoes

I highly recmnd this hotel’. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I came for my birthday and the team went above and beyond to make it special, including fulfilling my special request. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were well-kept. I really appreciate the excellent service. I would definitely stay here again. Big thanks to Kathy loyalty manager. Being a pltnum elite member in Marriott Hotels really worth it!

The review comes as I’d love to see the property improve as it’s definitely in a beautiful location with an amazing view Pros : - Breathtaking view ! You can’t stop staring at the ocean even at night. - spacious room , we had the ocean view room. - secluded from the hustle - prompt staff at the reception and buggy services (atleast on a weekday) - helpful with even getting our parcel delivered to the room. - they have shoes available for the rocky beach to ensure we don’t get hurt. - the staff kindly helped us with the late check out that we requested until it was time for our next hotels check in. Cons : - you need a buggy to move around due to the slopes - even if you decide to walk the roads within are pretty narrow with no separate walking path so you will have to constantly give way to the buggies unless you are taking the stairs. - bedsheets were stained - the drier wasn’t working - there was only one robe in the room. And the towels were worn out too. - even after the house keeping person cleaning the common area outside our room in front of us, it was still dirty with stuff fallen on the floor. - difficult to connect with staff to request the carts as the pool area didn’t have staff in the morning - we checked in late and wanted a few mins by the pool just for the view and to roam around the property. the pool closes pretty early at 7pm but they refused to take us to the pool even at 6:40pm saying it will close so we can’t go. We said we’d just sit and will not enter the pool , and they can finish their exiting drop off and take us. but they refused to that too. - the beach is gorgeous but as it’s very rocky , its not perfect for swimming. I am sure if we complained about the bedsheets, drier and the robe , they would have promptly changed it. But we just decided to change the hotel for the next day. Most of the issues are fixable with little more attention by the management and I hope they look into it.

We had booked this hotel for my birthday from 6th -9th nov however what we went through was horrible. To start with the room had a very bad gutter like stink lingering in the room. There were dirty marks in mirror, curtains, floors. The bathroom curtain was full of fungus growth marks and the bathroom has stains on scaling all over the hardware, floor and walls. The shees felt liked they had been used and washed enough and more times. For a Marriot brand luxury hotel - Westin Siray Bay was a far cry from luxury other than the view. The balcony had wooden railing which was completely rotting and such a sore to the eyes. We immediately decided to checkout and asked for a full refund. I must agree that they did give us the full refund quickly, however going through this ordeal was not something that you expect when you pay close to 20000 rs per night. Also there is nothing nearby that you can walk to or explore and the so called private beach is rocky and not at all well maintained. Would definitely not recommend this hotel at all.

Property is old. Pictures online falsely represents the condition of property. Rooms are decent sized and very clean. Staff are extremely friendly but the accent made it very difficult to understand them. Ordering room service was very difficult because they couldn’t understand me and I couldnt understand them. This property is very far from patong and tour excursions,one hour away. Old Phuket is 25 minutes away. There isn’t anything close to eat around here and food at property is very basic. Must drive for decent food places about 25 minutes. I personally was very disappointed that this was a Westin Resort. Looks like it was an old Marriott property. The one positive was the breakfast buffet at seasonal restaurant. Great coffee and food was actually good with a variety of American and Thai options
