My wife and I came here together, and from the moment we arrived at The Pavilions Phuket, we knew this stay was going to be special. A huge thank you to Sai, who gave us exceptional service and truly set the tone for an amazing stay from the very beginning. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people we have met. We also want to thank Nung for recommending so many great places to visit around Phuket, your advice made our trip even more memorable. The buffet breakfast was honestly the best we had during our trip, with so many delicious options to choose from every morning. Every staff member we interacted with was always ready to help with a smile, and the level of hospitality throughout the resort was incredible. We stayed in the Tropical Pool Villa, and it exceeded our expectations. The villa was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The private pool and views were amazing, and we loved the large bathroom and living space. Another thing that really stood out was the buggy service by far the quickest and most efficient we’ve experienced at any resort. I don’t remember everyone’s names, but I want to sincerely thank each and every staff member we interacted with for making our stay so special. If anyone is questioning whether they should stay here please do. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I would normally wait until the end of my stay to write a review, but after a few days, I truly don't need to. We rented a villa, and we would rate this resort in a league of its own for all its features. Without a doubt, this is the best place we have stayed at as a family so far. It may be a little far from the central areas, but that is exactly why it is perfect for families looking for some peace and quiet.

We came to The Pavilions Phuket with slightly cautious expectations, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The check-in experience was excellent, special thanks to Cher Em for the warm and professional welcome. The room is huge and features two bathrooms, which was a great bonus. The bed is very comfortable as well. While the interior design is a bit on the darker side for our taste, everything else about the room was truly great. One standout feature is the hotel app, which makes communication incredibly easy. You can chat directly with staff, request items like towels and water, or contact housekeeping, which is very convenient. The resort itself is quite large, so getting around by buggy is the norm. This worked very well for us; even at busy times, the longest we had to wait was around 10 minutes. The pool area is beautifully designed and a great place to relax. The drinks by the pool could use some improvement, and we did not try the food there. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, it was very tasty with a good selection. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Excellent stay in every single aspect. Secluded within heavy green spaces, The Pavillions offers a unique experience in Phuket where you truly feel isolated from the busy streets of the city. We stayed in the private villa for three days and enjoyed every second of it. All staff members are professional and make sure you're having a good time. Natty especially took the extra mile in making sure we are comfortable in our stay.

We had the most incredible stay at The Pavilions, it was the highlight of our trip to Thailand. Our room and all the facilities were of a very high standard. The staff were so friendly, helpful and lovely. My husband injured his knee by the pool and a staff member came to help him straight away without us even asking. All round the service levels were exceptional!! The food was amazing. We got a great package through Luxury Escapes. We had planned to venture out and explore however loved the food and resort so much that we ended up staying put. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had. Such delicious fresh food. Kids loved the variety as well. Staff were super attentive and would let you know when it was time for last orders. This is one of the only resorts I have stayed at where I could graze on my breakfast (with mimosas!) whilst watching the kids in the adjoining pool. Wouldnt hesitate in booking The Pavilions again!!
