I absolutely loved every day of my stay. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. We stayed in one of the 3-bedroom pool villas and enjoyed every moment. The villa was beautiful and comfortable, though one concern worth highlighting is that the stairs inside the villa are quite narrow and become very slippery when wearing socks. This could pose a serious safety risk and may need attention. The food was good, with a nice selection of options. The only downside is the location—it is around 35–40 minutes away from Old Town and Patong. However, if you are looking for a peaceful getaway away from the crowds and want to relax in a quieter environment, this is the perfect place. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great choice for those seeking comfort, privacy, and tranquility.

This was such an amazing way to start our Holiday in Thailand. The moment you walk in to the lobby you're greeted by the most amazing views (even at night), and super friendly staff. The resort is quite big and spread out over some quite steep hills, but they have buggies and little electric cars to move you around the resort which is very convenient. Our luggage arrived at the airport 24 hours after we did, and the staff at Pavillions kept us up to date with what was happening and bought our luggage to our room. Firefly restaurant was our favourite in the whole resort. We had a Thai dancing show all to ourselves one night, as it is low season. But they gave it their all as it there was a restaurant full of people. The breakfast is good with plenty of options. Food & drink is a bit on the higher side, but you can purchase resort credit and it works out better value. Only downside was not great coffee. It was not horrible, but dont think it's from an actual barista grade coffee machine. However, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. We also had the stunning pool to ourselves 95% of the time, and it really felt like a dream.

The Pavilion Spa in Phuket is an absolutely gorgeous place! Tucked away exclusively up in the hills, it feels like a private, elite paradise far away from the crowds, offering the most breathtaking, tranquil views and total privacy. We stayed in Villa 33, and it was spectacular—the perfect blend of luxury, seclusion, and beautiful surroundings. A major highlight was having our very own private spa right inside the villa. Our package even included a free one-hour massage, which was absolutely incredible and the ultimate relaxing experience without even having to leave our room. During our stay, a few minor issues occurred, but the team dealt with them absolutely instantly and efficiently, turning things right around with zero hassle. What truly sets this place apart is this world-class team. A massive, heartfelt thank you to Anthony, the Reception Manager, who went completely above and beyond to make our stay flawless. He is an absolute credit to the resort; nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and his incredible attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made a huge impression on us from the moment we checked in. Khun So was also another amazing team member who looked after us beautifully and made our experience so memorable. If you are looking for an ultra-exclusive, beautiful luxury getaway in Phuket with elite staff, this is the place to go. We cannot recommend Villa 33 and the team highly enough ❤️❤️❤️ 30th June - 7th July

I would normally wait until the end of my stay to write a review, but after a few days, I truly don't need to. We rented a villa, and we would rate this resort in a league of its own for all its features. Without a doubt, this is the best place we have stayed at as a family so far. It may be a little far from the central areas, but that is exactly why it is perfect for families looking for some peace and quiet.

We had a really memorable stay at The Pavilions Phuket while celebrating a special anniversary. The team made us feel genuinely welcome, and that warm atmosphere stood out from the start. Our room was impressively spacious too, which made it even more comfortable after a lot of travel. The in-room massage was a nice extra touch and added to the overall relaxing feel.
