Our stay here was amazing. We had a pleasant time, enjoyed everything the resort offers. The room was specious and comfortable. There are no mosquitoes, that part was especially important for me :). I would only suggest more vegan options for breakfast as there were not many.

Absolutely enjoyed this amazing resort! Truly stunning grounds maintained absolutely impeccably. Offers a serene setting with privacy whilst still being on Karon Beach. Great gym with 24 hour access... machine, cadio, free weights and kettlebells... clean and well maintained and plenty of room... one of the better ones I've seen on my travels! Loved breakfast... something for everyone and exceptional service Must say, all staff were amazing.. great attention to detail and a special mention for above and beyond to "Peth" for help making our stay special. Now one of our favourite resorts!! We'd like to thank Eve from Phuket Great Service ( KetKwan Rd opposite Sawasdee Village) for help making this trip truly unforgettable with this pick and all our travel arrangements in Phuket!

Our stay at Paradox Hotel & Resort was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived until check-out. The hospitality was outstanding, with every staff member being warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the swimming pool, where dedicated safety guards were always on duty, giving us complete peace of mind while the children played. One of the highlights was the resort’s direct access to the beautiful Karon Beach. Being able to walk straight from the resort to the beach made our holiday incredibly convenient and allowed us to enjoy both the pool and the sea with ease. The resort offers the perfect balance of comfort, relaxation, and family-friendly amenities in a beautiful tropical setting. With excellent service, a prime beachfront location, and thoughtful attention to guest safety, Paradox Hotel & Resort exceeded our expectations. Satellite TV. Had to ask for luggage rack. Food was very good. No direct beach access. Lovely breakfast buffet staff and tons of food options. Service was excellent at check in, bar and breakfast buffet. Small pool slide that was fun. Nice adult pool. Not flooded with family. Beautiful evening bar. Valet. Room was super far from beach. Had to walk far down long path to beach which was across the street from hotel. They had residence bungalows which I wish I had been offered to upgrade to.

It's a very spacious, well spread out property. Has a decent gym, three swimming pools and multiple access points. 2 towards the beach side where you reach the beach right after you cross the road and the other towards the inside road where there are shops everywhere. Three 7 11 s are less than 5 minutes walk from the property. There's a burger King that's also a 5 minute walk. It's a great location on Karon which is quiet, clean and lovely.
