This hotel is really nice and well designed for families or anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. From the start the service was impeccable Bow was polite and very helpful from check in to check out. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There were always little treats waiting for us. It was a nice touch that all the treats were traditional Thai snacks. The beds were confertable and the house keeping staff was very attentive. The resort is well designed with relaxing pools and a children's play area. There are a couple eateries on the hotel ground all good quality. There is also a convient trabsport services like a shuttle boatwand covered shuttle.

From the get-go our stay was amazing! The team have been nothing but helpful and supportive despite the ongoing construction and renovations (which we look forward to seeing complete). We want to make a huge shout out to Net, an amazing in-house buggy driver and concierge. Super friendly and loved getting us around the resort, as well as providing us some great travel advice for getting around locally. Also a huge shout out to Jom, our amazing housekeeper who always left cute towel animals and messages, making us feel right at home during our stay. Her little touches made all the difference. We even had the chance to meet her a few times and she was lovely! Pleasant time all round! Will definitely return.

I recently stayed at a beautiful five-star beachfront resort in Phuket, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the stay. The hotel itself was stunning — elegant design, peaceful atmosphere, and breathtaking ocean views from almost every corner. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset right from the balcony felt like a dream. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with luxurious amenities and thoughtful details that made everything feel extra special. The pool overlooking the sea was definitely one of the highlights, and the private beach was calm, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast had a huge variety of both international and Thai dishes, all fresh and delicious. Every restaurant in the resort offered high-quality food and excellent service. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and hospitality. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Especially Khun Meili, she is the best. If you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Phuket, I would highly recommend this resort. It’s the perfect place for anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful escape by the sea.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail, a special thanks to Khun Nit and Front Office team. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made it easy to relax after a busy day. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere around the resort. The swimming pool and beach were both well maintained, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy without feeling crowded.
