When we checked in the young thai lady was very informative and her english was very good. (there were westerner staff there as well) my husband and I highly recommend dinning at Cafè Andaman and Breafast as well. It's one of the best breakfast we ever had through our travelling. Chef Nattavut ran his kitchen very well, his food is delicious!! We went to the sunset dinner and the fire dance. We have seen better, it was uncoordinated dance and the food wasn't great. You be better off eating at Andaman Cafè. The little variety shop in the hotel was quiet cheap. Cape Spa and Beauty Salon was exceptional. Highly recommended! The hotel have shuttle bus to Phuket Town, Central Festival Shopping Centre 200 Baht per person return trip. And to Patong Beach 400 Baht per person return trip. Overall we will be returning for another brief stay.

An incredible experience. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with stunning views from the balcony. Massive choice of dining experience - some require dress code. A short walk to the beach will leave you breathless, not from the walk but from the incredible beauty and scenery. The water is only a few degrees cooler than air temperature. This hotel has to be top of your list of hotels.

Well only 2 stars due to very poor selection and really bad quality of the foodfor breakfast. I.e. they cooked spam ham for full english breakfast and labeled it as ham! No cheese or other cold deli. No thai good served (sic!). No chineese or indian either! This is not what you expect from 5 star resort, where we paid £670 per night, yes £670. Also no basic stuff available for free from hotel, when I asked for shaving kit, I was told that they do not do it, but apparently receptionst said I can buy it in small shop next to the reception. Again, this is expensive resort, not regular 5 star hotel. Kids area exists, and that is everything you can say. Soccer table game- doesnt work. Tvs - do not work. There is even ps4, but has no pad or games- when inquired at the reception they said they do not have it. Joke! Also, dsspite them saing that you have free water in the room, it is only 2 500ml bottele a day - it was 4 of us.... Of course, you can buy everything from mini bar- well overpriced, but that is what was expected. We had to take taxi to 7eleven to get snacks and water. On the other hand the hotel is in fair conditions, still needs some mainor repairs and painting, but in general is ok. Beach is beautiful. Loads of room for leaisure. Late checkout is £2k bats, not bad. Very good impression from Ukrainian receptionist, she let us check-in early. Generally it would be ok for £100 per nite, not £670. Will not come back. Sorry

This is our second visit to this very lovely hotel. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lisa and all the staff at the Cafe Andaman are delightful and ever helpful. The beach is beautiful, I would recommend reef shoes if you wish to walk at low tide. I enjoyed two visits to the Cape Spa - each were exceptional. Pony did a lovely job with massages and facial. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We will be back again.

Had a five night stay after exhausting tour of Vietnam/Cambodia and Thailand. This is a beautiful hotel in serene and tranquil surroundings. Room overlooked the bay and was clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast was excellent and evening meals very good with a wide range of choice. Pool was fantastic and beds a plenty. Private beach is beautiful. Shuttle bus to nearby village is brilliant. Special mention to the Lighthouse Bar and their Happy Hours.....superb..... Good live music during dinner and also at Lighthouse Bar. Staff very helpful and attentive Hope to visit again.
