If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfas, lunch and dinner, all buffet style (6am to 10pm), served in the main restaurant. We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing, with a setting that feels perfect for switching off and enjoying Phuket. The views and overall atmosphere made it a really special place to stay. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful, warm and accommodating throughout our stay. They made everything feel easy and welcoming, and their kindness genuinely added to the experience. A particular shout out to Qis for a very warm welcome, Julian for his care and attention during our stay and extra help when we needed it and Micky for checking in and making sure we are OK! Overall, it was a lovely stay in a beautiful resort, made even better by the amazing team. We would happily stay again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Phuket.

We had a great family holiday stay at the Pullman Phuket Panwa. We had a free upgrade to suite room which made our stay extra special. Breakfast was nice and the team were always welcoming. Special shout out to the kids club team led by Leena. Our kids had so much fun doing tie dye and also to Harif who did thai boxing for the kids! Extra fun memories and LOL moments 😂. Golf at the front desk also deserves a mention for helping me print out my sons piano exam results which arrived via email during our stay. A nice surprise for him for the months of hard work 🙏. We're all looking forward to coming back again!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, the facilities were well maintained. One of the best parts of my stay was the breakfast buffet. There was a great variety of delicious food every morning, with enough options that I could try something different each day. I especially loved the coffee selection—there was always a new coffee drink to enjoy, which made breakfast even more special. Staff kate & Ragmoo were very kind and always smiling. Overall it was a good experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Pullman Panwa Beach Resort. The views are absolutely stunning, the rooms are very comfortable, and the amenities, including the pools, pool bar, and gym, are excellent. We had a little confusion when we first arrived regarding the package we had booked, but after a brief conversation, the team was very quick to help us find a solution. They resolved everything quickly and made sure we were taken care of, which we really appreciated. Beyond the stunning views, we were also very impressed with the food. Breakfast was fantastic, and every morning we were greeted with such friendly smiles. We were especially impressed by the variety and quality of the breakfast options. The same can be said for our lunches and dinners at both The Edge and Tamarind. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. However, what truly made our stay special was the fantastic staff. We would especially like to recognise Mickey, Bia, Par, Nee, Air, Kue, Hem, Biabua , Pare , Noona  and Vin for their exceptional service. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they truly helped make our stay so enjoyable. We had a wonderful time at Pullman Panwa and would definitely love to come back again someday!

A huge thank you to everyone at Pullman Phuket for making our honeymoon so memorable. This is a beautiful, well-designed hotel with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The complimentary shuttles to Old Town and Central Phuket are a great touch, the on-site facilities and activities are fantastic, and the food is absolutely delicious. But what truly makes this hotel special is the people. Every single member of staff we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A special thank you to Julian, Micky and Qis, who were all incredibly caring, thoughtful, and exceptional at what they do. This is a wonderful hotel in its own right, but as is so often the case, it's the staff who make it unforgettable and this hotel is no exception. We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you're looking for somewhere to truly switch off, unwind, and be looked after. Thank you again for such a special stay!
