We took the (Stay & Play Kids go for free) offer we stayed for two nights and each day was absolutely memorable. Amenities 5/5: They had a free comic, board game box and a chocolate box prepared. Room 5/5: spacious enough as well as the toilet we took the two single beds. Small details: the warner brothers pillows were cute, the dial phone was vintage and actually worked, the smeg fridge was so adorable and WB mugs for your coffee and tea. BF 5/5: The staff was amazing and friendly the characters came by and played with the kids, food selection was great too, my kid loved the Bugs Bunny waffles. Checking in experience was smooth and I really appreciated how the staff was informative and explained our package and what we're entitled too. Also the characters came by and took pictures with the kids and interacted with them. Concierge team was helpful as well printed our park tickets and even upon checking out we forgot a few items and they were extremely helpful and responsive. Room service: the kids food was excellent and affordable the selection was great we ordered kids pasta for 30Dhs and pepperoni pizza (spicy however wish it wasn't) for 40dhs. Staff we would like to thank (Bob from Front office/Reception) , (Gopal Sidekick Breakfast) as well as everyone. Valet was organised and the luggage attendants were helpful. Few notes: the kids club was a little disappointing there wasn't much to do. Can't wait to come back !

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. While I want to give a special shout-out to Farakhanda, Chef Eliana, and Mohamed Kassem for their exceptional personal care, the whole team truly deserves recognition for their outstanding service. As someone with a gluten allergy, I was deeply impressed by their dedication to ensuring my meals were both safe and delicious. They made my stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you all for such high-quality service!

We had a wonderful Iftar experience at The WB Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfectly suited for a special Ramadan evening. The setting was beautiful and calm, making it a lovely place to gather with family and friends. The Iftar buffet was excellent—a great variety of dishes, all fresh, flavorful, and very well presented. Every detail showed care and quality, and the desserts were especially delicious. What truly made the evening stand out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to Mr. Amine Hadad, whose positive energy, kindness, and genuine smile made our experience even more memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and welcomed. Overall, it was a fantastic Iftar experience. I highly recommend The WB Abu Dhabi for anyone looking for a warm atmosphere, great food, and outstanding service during Ramadan.

We had a fabulous dinner buffet in sidekicks with my family. We had an exceptional service by Desserie, Farkanda and Gopal. Need to appreciate the effort and professionalism of Desserie from beginning to end. The food range was acceptable but could have done more compared to the price. Can be recommended for a quick meal or a snack. Very friendly staff and attentive.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel is extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and clearly shows signs of heavy wear and tear. The entire property feels old and neglected. The room had a very unpleasant smell from the moment we entered, which made our stay uncomfortable. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel does not feel suitable for families or children at all. Even the artwork displayed in the room was frightening and inappropriate for kids. The Kids Club was by far the worst Kids Club I have ever seen. For a hotel that claims to be family-friendly, there was very little to offer children. The check-in experience was also disappointing. The reception staff were not welcoming, and after handing us the room key, nobody explained where our room was located or offered any assistance. Even the usual hospitality and welcome service at reception were missing. In addition, only large bottles of water were provided, with no smaller options available. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, and service were far below expectations. Unfortunately, this was my first and last stay at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to other families.
