Our stay at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi was wonderful in every aspect. The resort is beautiful, with a private beach that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures on their website — clean, modern, and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, from the front desk and entrance staff to the restaurant team and housekeeping. I had booked the full board package, and I’m so glad I did — the food was excellent throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Khanu, the restaurant manager, Brayan, and the entire team for their outstanding service and hospitality. The hotel’s location is another plus — it’s conveniently close to the Corniche walkway, perfect for a pleasant stroll. Highly recommended!

We had our wedding party of approximately 100 guests stay in October 2025. What an amazing hotel and amazing staff. Jiffry, Shabnam and Eric are only a few names but all the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The 2 events we had at Sheraton were amazing. The food was delicious and they even catered for guests with allergies and ones that did not eat onion and garlic. Once again kudos to the entire team especially Jiffry, Shabnam and Eric.

I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton. Special shout out to Kahnu at Breakfast who made my sister's birthday extra special when we surprised and celebrated with her. Hotel is well equipped, with a nice restaurant on the ground floor. Pool was a little warm - could be nice to have a cold pool when it is so hot outside. Beds were comfortable and staff were great - accommodating and friendly.

We enquired about adjoining rooms back in March for a booking in November, asking about what room types were adjoining as we were travelling as a family. We ended up booking a suite and a twin room as that worked perfectly for us and giving us lots of space. Around a week before arrival, my room was upgraded (I’m a titanium member so not a surprise), however I contacted the hotel stating I didn’t want the upgrade as wanted the adjoining room configuration that should have been noted on my booking. I received a reply saying my room would be downgraded back to what I requested. We were very disappointed on arrival that we didn’t have adjoining rooms, we weren’t even on the same floor unless our twin was charged to a king room. Fully understand our request is subject to availability but having booked so many month in advance how hard can this be ?? Worse still, I emailed the customer service to state my dissatisfaction and got totally ignored !! Emailed again 3 days into our stay marking my email to the attention of the general manager. Again no response. Even mentioned that in both rooms, the blinds fell down when we tried to open them and one fell on my nephew. Their engineer came to fix these but again, no one cares !! We check out tomorrow and no doubt we will get a response saying sorry for the inconvenience and we will make it up to you next time. We won’t be back !! Can’t believe that this 5 star hotel totally disregards customers requests and can’t even deal with us whilst we are at the hotel ! Not even a apology. Very very poor customer service from the management and reservations department. All on site staff at the hotel were very nice so have no complaints about the hotel itself.
Kung Fu Kiffa
Our experience at this hotel was truly mixed. On one hand, we genuinely loved many aspects of our stay. The location was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the pools, the beach, the gym, and the food. The staff—from the buffet team all the way up—were consistently friendly and welcoming. However, we also left feeling disappointed. We arrived late at night to find that the extra bed we had arranged wasn’t in the room, and the sofa bed wasn’t made. Not a big problem. First night we thought we would simply make the sofa bed and get some sleep. But this is when the problems began. It soon became clear that the sofa bed was broken (and already known by staff). We honestly don’t understand how they expected a family of four to sleep with only one functioning bed! 2 beds were quickly brought to us, but then the problems continued. We discovered that both toilets were not working properly. While the staff did their best to fix the issue, it repeatedly occurred throughout our stay. On top of that, there was loud drilling and banging late at night (around 11pm) on 2 or 3 nights, making it difficult to rest. We’re not usually the type to complain, but these problems were frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. Overall, we left with very mixed emotions—there was so much to love, but the repeated room issues took away from what could have been a perfect stay.
