This was our second stay and it was absolutely perfect. Brittany at check in was very helpful, and so were all the staff members. The room was amazing, house keeping was exceptional, the breakfast and dinner buffets were great, even for picky eaters. Our kids enjoyed the splash pad, and the Kids Club kept them entertained with different activities all day long. I can’t say enough about how professional the entire staff was. We can’t wait to be back!

Great hotel with exceptional service. We had a small issue with our room location, and the staff noticed it immediately and handled it quickly. The hotel manager, Badri, and his deputy, Yasmin, sorted it out within half an hour and made sure everything was perfect for us. Beyond the great hospitality, the food is delicious, the bed is very comfortable, and the view is amazing. Overall an excellent experience, we will definitely be back.

We are currently here on a 9 night stay and we are having the best time!! We are a group of 4, 2 adults, 2 children aged 12 and 15. From the moment we pulled up in the taxi the service has been second to none. Lovely, smiley, helpful staff. Smooth check in. Wonderful room, we are in the two bedroom suite and it's perfect for our family. The housekeeping staff have kept the rooms sparkling everyday. We are half board and the meals have been outstanding. I'd definitely recommend the upgrade. The buffet is huge and the choices change each day!! Nice pool area, lovely views, 10/10 experience!! We will recommend and we will be back! Park tickets were included with our room and as we booked a suite we also have entrance to the lounge, which we have used a couple of times. Thank you Hilton 😊

Our stay at Hilton Yas Abu Dhabi exceeded our expectations and turned into a truly memorable family celebration. It was our first time staying at the hotel. We chose Hilton Yas Abu Dhabi for my husband's post-birthday celebration and my son's birthday, especially because of the Yas theme park promotion. Since my son is currently in his superhero era, we thought it would be the perfect destination for him. When we first arrived, I have to admit that I felt a little disappointed with our room as we had recently stayed at two other hotels with very impressive rooms. However, what happened next completely changed our experience. The Guest Relations team proactively reached out to ask about our stay, and after I shared my feedback, they immediately arranged a room upgrade to a larger room with a beautiful view. What truly touched us was the surprise birthday cake prepared for both my husband and my son. We did not expect it at all, and it made them so happy. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration extra special. The hotel ambiance is relaxing, the dining experience was great with a good variety of food, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We especially appreciated how kind everyone was to our son, always greeting him and making him feel included. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team for going above and beyond. You turned what started as an average first impression into an unforgettable five-star experience. Thank you, Hilton Yas Abu Dhabi. We will definitely be back!

This is our second stay and they don’t fail to amaze. Consistent service level with exceptional check in experience from Brittany at the front desk and John from luggage services. The restaurants dinning service was also excellent with a variety of properly prepared food. I want to recognize the food and beverage management member Sujit who was quite helpful. They went above and beyond providing Sohor instead of breakfast and also a rollaway bed. Overall as an experienced traveler with diamond Hilton Honors membership I give the experience 10 and hope the hotel maintains this level of service which is a reflection of a great leadership team that has the correct attention to details.
