Our experience at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi was sensational. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Claude at the entrance with a warm and welcoming smile. As we checked in the lady at the reception desk made us feel right at home. We were also introduced to Ali, who welcomed us and made sure all our needs were met from the beginning to end. Mr. Ali, was incredibly helpful with any questions we had and also helped me find a stroller for my daughter throughout our stay. Our room attendant was fantastic and incredibly nice. Our stay at Rixos Marina was fabulous, the hotel is beautiful and every person we encountered was professional and friendly. My family and I highly recommend this hotel. We had the most incredible time at the Rixos Marina. Spending Christmas here was full of magic. The Christmas stocking, the fun, the music, the joy..it was truly so beautiful and memorable. The incredibly kind staff, the delicious food, the stunning beach..everything. Being all-inclusive made life so easy and luxurious. Our server Ye Phone was absolutely brilliant. He made us laugh and taught us magic tricks and is a credit to the hotel and the Rixos brand. Thank you to Alin the manager for his kindness and excellence and service too. We had an incredible meal at Hashi and were in awe by the staff’s treatment, fun, kindness and surprise birthday cake (Andrew was amazing!!!). Every single waiter in the buffets and bars as well as the selfless cleaning staff and the beach staff who work so tirelessly in making everyone comfortable and happy, just made this trip extra special.
