I recently stayed at Le Méridien Abu Dhabi Resort, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a beautiful private beach, a large swimming pool, and several excellent restaurants within the resort. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with great views of the city and sea. The staff were very kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also perfect — close to Abu Dhabi Mall and just a short drive from the Corniche. Overall, it’s a great mix of comfort, luxury, and convenience. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone visiting Abu Dhabi for leisure or business.

Rooms: the windows are cloudy and dirty, with a view of a construction site (the reservation showed a city view); the handle in the bathtub falls off, making it unsafe to enter the bathroom; it is noisy at night with the windows open (due to industrial activities). Service: not all staff in the bar and at the reception are customer-oriented. You can't buy alcohol in the city, and therefore the Club Bar is open at the hotel from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. On November 17, my husband and I went there at 6:15 p.m., and the waiter told us that we could come from 9:00 p.m. and till 1:00 a.m. to have a glass of wine. I specifically asked twice if alcohol would be available after 9:00 p.m., and he confirmed it. When we came back after dinner at 9:30 p.m., we were turned away again because it was too late... We pointed out the contradiction, and the waiter said he had said the opposite. I went to the reception to find out the actual opening hours of the club bar and explained the situation. The receptionist took us to the waiter and we’ve been forced to have a confrontation with the waiter. The waiter refused to admit that he had denied our request at 6:15 p.m. You know, after a long day of work and difficult negotiations, the last thing I wanted to do was argue with the waiters at the hotel, especially after paying almost 2.000 euros for four days of accommodation!! Please teach your staff that any misunderstandings should be resolved in favor of the customer. It's an old saying! The resume: the terrible service ruined the whole experience.

I would like to share my experience as I used to stay at this hotel a couple of times in the past 10 years, location is super nice if you need something from the mall its reachable by foot. Italian restoran in a courtyard also offer nice dinning , everything is as it should be considering rooms staff etc, nothing negative from their side. Beach is lovely and you can enjoy your stay there. I would recommend it.

We had the best stay at Le Méridien. The Latest Recipe was wonderful. All the staff were so welcoming and the food was delicious. The Chefs made excellent standard food for all meals, with a nice change to the menu throughout the week and were all such lovely, helpful people. Annabelle was such a fantastic host and made us feel more at home than we could have hoped for, it made our stay so comfortable. We will visit often and recommend to all!

Even though the hotel’s exterior looks dated, the lobby and rooms are modern and seem to have been renovated. The location is great with a small beach front and pool. Despite the amenities, the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired, burgers are made from packaged frozen patties and the breakfast options did not taste good.
