I had a wonderful overall experience at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was welcoming, flexible, and highly professional. I was there working as the Design Director for a wedding, and they were incredibly helpful, arranging my room immediately and providing fast, efficient service throughout my stay. After finishing the event, I extended my stay for another day to relax and enjoy the hotel. I spent some time by the pool, where I met the amazing bar team. They were friendly, attentive, and even created a special drink for me because I always enjoy trying something new! A special shout-out to the bar manager and senior team leader for making the experience so memorable. As a designer, I also really appreciated the hotel’s beautiful design. Every space feels thoughtfully planned, comfortable, and created with the guest experience in mind. Excellent hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and an amazing team—definitely a must-visit!

The team at the Essence restaurant deserves a special mention. They were incredibly professional, attentive and always went above and beyond to make every meal enjoyable. Their warm hospitality really stood out. I was equally impressed by the housekeeping staff.
