* Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. The pool was beautiful and offered stunning views, making it one of the highlights of our visit. * While the hotel itself is nice, the rooms feel quite outdated. The carpets, flooring, furniture, and overall room condition show noticeable wear and tear, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The cleanliness, especially the mopped floors, could also be improved to better reflect the hotel’s standard. * The kids’ pool was enjoyable, but it would be great if the hotel offered more activities or entertainment for children. * The jacuzzi was too small, with space for only about two people at a time. A larger jacuzzi, or ideally an indoor one, would greatly enhance the guest experience. * The breakfast was decent, but a wider variety of options would make it even better. * The guest service was excellent, especially Ms. Summaya, who was friendly, attentive, and made our stay more enjoyable. * Overall, the hotel has great potential, but some maintenance and refurbishment would help it maintain the high standard it aims to offer.

Had an amazing staycation at Royal M Hotel! 🏨✨ From the moment we arrived, Tharanga at reception gave us such a warm and pleasant welcome. She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely organized. 🛏️✨ The pool and pool bar were definitely one of the highlights — amazing views and a great atmosphere! 🌊☀️ A special thanks to Sadun for his excellent hospitality around the pool area, and to Nimasha and Avishka for being so helpful and attentive throughout our time there. 🙌 Also appreciate Pathum, Tharaka, Sachin, Dhanura, and Niham for their friendly service. The food was great too! 🍽️ We really wished we could stay a few more days, but unfortunately had to leave due to personal commitments. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future! ❤️ A big thank you to the entire Royal M Hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable! 🙏✨

🌏 An Exceptional Experience at Royal M Hotel Abu Dhabi I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Royal M Hotel Abu Dhabi. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional level of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team. What truly made my stay special was the way the staff consistently made me feel welcomed, valued, and at home. Their generosity, kindness, and attention to detail went far beyond what I would normally expect from a hotel. Every interaction was warm and respectful, and I always felt that the team genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would especially like to extend my sincere appreciation and thanks to 🙏🏼 Honeylen, Shahid, Somaya, Cholly, and Habbie. Each of you has been incredibly kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate the way you have always treated me with such warmth, generosity, and respect. Your excellent service and wonderful hospitality have made a lasting impression on me. A great hotel is not only about beautiful rooms and facilities—it is about the people who make you feel like you are more than just a guest. The team at Royal M has truly achieved that. Thank you to everyone at Royal M Hotel for always taking such good care of me and for making every visit a memorable one. I sincerely appreciate your hospitality and look forward to returning again and again. Royal M Hotel Abu Dhabi has my highest recommendation. A truly outstanding hotel with an exceptional team.

Room – It was perfectly suited to our needs. With the spacious room and beautiful sea view, i cant say anything else but perfect. Service – The staff were very attentive and quick to respond to our requests. I would especially like to mention Ms. Dolly for being so welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Location – It was easy to locate, although we didn't get to fully explore what was nearby since we spent most of our time inside the hotel during this staycation. Breakfast – The breakfast buffet was also good, with a lot of variety to choose from. There was something for everyone, and we really enjoyed it. Overall – We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect way to spend our weekend and have a fresh start to the week, especially since we booked a Sunday-to-Monday stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a staycation and would be happy to come back again!
