I arrived at the hotel at 6:00 AM after a long drive from Saudi Arabia. I completely understand that early check-in depends on room availability, and I was not expecting a guaranteed room immediately. What disappointed me was the attitude of the manager. There was no greeting, no smile, and no effort to make guests feel welcome. When I asked about early check-in, I was simply told that the hotel was full on Monday and that I would be informed when the room was ready. No clear information, no estimate, and no hospitality. A luxury hotel should provide professional and courteous customer service, even when rooms are not yet available. The way the situation was handled made me feel as if I was asking for a favor rather than being a paying guest. I hope the management pays more attention to guest relations and staff training, because first impressions matter.

The facilities are impressive, clean, and well-equipped, making the overall experience very comfortable and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The overall experience was great - the rooms were clean, comfortable, and the service was consistently friendly and professional. A big thanks to Somaya,who was helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable with her kindness and support. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add more family-oriented options, such as a kids’ play area or some evening/night activities. This would make the experience even better, especially for families with children. Overall, a very good stay and I would definitely recommend it!
