I had an exceptional breakfast experience at WB Hotel, and a big part of that was the outstanding service from Mohamed in the breakfast department. Mohamed greeted us with a warm smile, checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, and kept the coffee coming without missing a beat. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and professionalism made our morning truly enjoyable. The food was excellent, and Mohamed’s recommendations for the best dishes were spot on. Fabulous stay. Fabulous stay. Right from check in to check out it was a seamless experience. Neat and clean spacious rooms with all amenities. A lavish Breakfast spread and the people at the breakfast room are very friendly and helpful. Mr Sami Arafat the manager is a person who leads his team by example. He is hands on, and is not shy to clear the table and ensure every guests are satisfied and their requirements are taken care off. He ensured my 22 month old grandson got his meal to his liking 😍Rarely one gets to see a restaurant manager like him. I must also mention Aarati and Abdot Mohamed were very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located and a child friendly hotel. For sure when my grandson is older to visit the parks once again, our stay is going to be WB hotel once again. Right from concierge to front desk, everyone are happy.

We had an amazing experience at The WB Hotel Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel itself is stunning — full of creative Warner Bros. touches that make it fun and unique for both adults and children. Everything feels fresh, modern, and immaculately clean. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with fantastic attention to detail and a great view of Yas Island. The facilities are excellent — from the relaxing pool area to the convenient access to Warner Bros. World next door. A special mention goes to The Director’s Club restaurant, which was a real highlight of our stay. The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked steaks, delicious sides, and impeccable presentation. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, The WB Abu Dhabi exceeded all our expectations. It’s the ideal place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of luxury, comfort, and entertainment. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed at WB hotel for the second time as we were so impressed last year and the service is still first class. The minute we stepped out the taxi we were greeted by Elizabeth & Maurice who remembered us from last year. These two went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable with giving us tips on when was the best time to visit theme parks etc, and what ones they highly recommended. These two are a credit to WB hotel and they set the standard very high. The hotel is located in an ideal location for families as a lot of the theme parks are less then 15 mins in a taxi.

We stayed at The WB Abu Dhabi for two nights and had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is not only beautifully themed but also perfectly located. It’s just a short walk to Warner Bros. World, which was ideal for us since our child is a big fan of the characters. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a Yas Island shuttle, which made it easy to get around to other nearby attractions. What really stood out was the movie-themed décor throughout the hotel. My child loved spotting all the movie posters and props, especially the Wizard of Oz one, which is his favorite. He was over the moon getting to meet Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Robin during the character meetups at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There were so many great options to choose from and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It was fun, family-friendly, and packed with little details that made our stay extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back.
