We took the (Stay & Play Kids go for free) offer we stayed for two nights and each day was absolutely memorable. Amenities 5/5: They had a free comic, board game box and a chocolate box prepared. Room 5/5: spacious enough as well as the toilet we took the two single beds. Small details: the warner brothers pillows were cute, the dial phone was vintage and actually worked, the smeg fridge was so adorable and WB mugs for your coffee and tea. BF 5/5: The staff was amazing and friendly the characters came by and played with the kids, food selection was great too, my kid loved the Bugs Bunny waffles. Checking in experience was smooth and I really appreciated how the staff was informative and explained our package and what we're entitled too. Also the characters came by and took pictures with the kids and interacted with them. Concierge team was helpful as well printed our park tickets and even upon checking out we forgot a few items and they were extremely helpful and responsive. Room service: the kids food was excellent and affordable the selection was great we ordered kids pasta for 30Dhs and pepperoni pizza (spicy however wish it wasn't) for 40dhs. Staff we would like to thank (Bob from Front office/Reception) , (Gopal Sidekick Breakfast) as well as everyone. Valet was organised and the luggage attendants were helpful. Few notes: the kids club was a little disappointing there wasn't much to do. Can't wait to come back !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent—from the comfortable rooms to the delicious breakfast with a great variety of options. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Every single employee was welcoming, kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warm attitude made us feel at home throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Gopal and Farkhanda for their outstanding service, kindness, and dedication. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we truly appreciate their efforts. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back. We had a great stay at Warna Bro Abu Dhabi. A special thanks to Gopal and Mina at Sidekick Restaurant. We came for breakfast and dinner every day, and they always took great care of us. Gopal remembered our coffee orders, and Mina was so kind to our little one and even offered extra treats for her. They were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Living about 10 years in Dubai, our family’s been blessed to stay at many different family hotels. But this one’s easily topped the list and we’re already thinking about coming back. The many WB cartoon mascots are clean and they show up on time! They all have such fun and fantastic characters! Kudos to them 🙌🏼 The check-in was fast and seamless. Thanks to Micah! She’s swift, warm and just very anticipative to our family needs. We booked a standard twin room but we managed to move the other twin bed to makeshift a bigger bed for all four of us. It is quite spacious for a family of 4. Our boys were able to be creative with the corners of the room to play around with. Buffet breakfast was served at Sidekicks restaurant on the first floor. The buffet was generous and has many options to choose from. We were welcomed by Ganga who is very warm to kids and families. Arjean was also seen very present on the floor, actively connecting with the guests. Truly appreciating that we are well taken care after! From experience, breakfast buffets with kids and families are chaotic, but this one’s exemption. Was able to enjoy my coffee hot! ☕️ Of course we can never miss the kids’ club. Sharmane and Kaye were both natural taking care of kids. Lots of activities and they keep the joyful vibes in the room. Face paint comes free too! How talented they are. We had a quick tour of the adult pool on the rooftop and we were warmly welcomed and accommodated by Aiza. Who’s been also very helpful during breakfast service. The pool was okay, it does look and feel a bit dirty but I guess the kids are enjoying so that is fine 😆 There’s movie every night to watch while dipping in the pool so it’s really amazing. Overall, it is genuinely the most enjoyable and wonderful stay!

Everytime I come to Yas Island, the WB hotel is my only choice since 2021. Exceptional services, atmosphere and food. Also, all theme parks are near by from walking distance to 5 mins driving. The kids love it and can't get enough of it. Thanks to Aziz for his outstanding support and cooperation all these years. Many thanks to Osama as well.
