The Standard Bangkok is about 27 kilometres away from the Suvarnabhumi Airport. Depending on traffic, the journey from the airport to the hotel can take anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour. We found this amazing hotel all on our own and were THRILLED with our selection. Remarked to my wife how unique the building looked in the skyline while driving into the city from airport and couldn’t believe when we were dropped off at that very same structure by our driver! Staying there was like living in a dream. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and boutique-modern styled which made it feel very comfortable and cool. HUGE bed and the shower was about as big as some NYC hotel rooms. Surreal rooftop pool. We tried several of the restaurants and were very pleased with each. Mott 32 in particular was very superior Chinese food and our fare included tickets to the 78th floor skywalk which was UNREAL. Double Standard where included breakfast was served was a great at to start off the day and The Parlor with 2 for 1 drink coupons became our daily go-to for cocktail hour. Bangkok has no shortage of hotel options but we would stay at The Standard again in a heartbeat if we make it back there. Great location, very helpful staff, great food. Awesome all-around experience hence all the stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great time staying here and experiencing the passion towards design in a hotel. The room we were in let us feel sooo connected to the city through the impressive wide floor length glass windows. A cosy couch with a table and TV was the perfect set up for remote work! The TV was able to project online meetings as well as shows from Netflix. We got an insightful tour by Ni, the Design Manager. Each floor and space had a distinctive design and there were simply countless photo opportunities for anyone to capture to remember their trip. It was sad we were not able to try each and every F&B offerings in the building but we were more than satisfied with the generous and delicious breakfast. Definitely add it to your booking! We are grateful to the teams on-site who greeted us with warmth and look forward to returning again :)

The Standard Bangkok Mahanakhon is a modern and very fashionable hotel with an incredibly welcoming atmosphere! The breakfast buffet was fantastic every day, and special thanks to Jua, who served with such kindness and an awesome smile that made mornings delightful. The lobby floor bar was a highlight—bartenders were so nice, friendly, and polite, and we loved using the Buy-One-Get-One-Free drink ticket there. We also appreciated receiving the same ticket for the rooftop bar—unfortunately, rain kept us from enjoying it this time, but we can’t wait to try it next visit! A big thank you to BB at reception for her warm and welcoming service. Everything about the stay—from the stylish design to the thoughtful touches—was fabulous and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend The Standard Bangkok for an unforgettable experience!

Fantastic hotel with great amenities! The hotel location is conveniently by a BTS station, making the city very accessible. The breakfast menu and buffet were a pleasure to start the day with. And absolutely cannot forget about the decor around the hotel. The design language is unique and quite interesting. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again in the near future!

Wow! Amazing place, The standard atmosphere is really respected! We did 4 nights, room are large with beautiful view, the pool is enough for swimming. Break first really good with buffet + a la carte selection includ. Will come back for sure!
