From the moment we arrived, we were transported into a world of calm elegance. We stayed in one of the gorgeous Greek-style villas — tastefully designed, spacious, and complete with a private pool that made every morning feel like a dream. The property itself is beautifully maintained, serene, and blissfully noiseless — the kind of place where you can truly unwind. A special mention to Azman, our exceptional butler, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care elevated the entire experience. Chef Jai deserves equal praise — every meal he crafted was a masterpiece, lovingly curated and bursting with flavour. We felt pampered every single day! Evenings at Kayuputi were pure magic — the sunset views were breathtaking, and the ambience was simply unmatched. Every member of the staff we met exuded such warmth and professionalism that it made us feel like we were among friends. From the stunning villa and pristine beach to the incredible service and culinary excellence, our time at The St. Regis Langkawi was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise. 🌅💛

This is one of the best places to stay at Langkawi. Its an absolutely gorgeous resort. The rooms are just excellent and the overall resort is just fantastic. Its a very calm, serene location with a private beach. There is no noise or public at all. The staff is super polite, hospitable and very caring. The butler service they have is extremely helpful and very convenient. Attention to detail is great. The Pantai Grill on the beach is an absolute delight. Amazing cocktails, and grilled food is just superb. My compliments to the chef. He took our ask and made the best fish and best lobster we had eaten. Totally loved it. Special call out to these folks. They were just such a sweet set of people who took great care of us for 3 days. Firdaus, Ferlani, Pali, Izam, Bard and Cruz. Firdaus, Ferlani, Izam and Pali were just wonderful.

We’ve just spent two night at the St Regis, Langkawi - and have checked out a night early. On arriving, we booked a taxi transfer to the hotel having arrived by Ferry - so they knew the time we would arrive. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our room. Upon checking into the room, the private plunge pool was out of use for 3 hours as it was so cloudy/dirty and needed maintenance. The hotel itself is very tired, beyond just a lick on paint in most areas - it needs a refurb. Today, having heard banging in our room for over an hour at 11am - we mentioned this to reception. It was like we was making it up, and it was breezed over. Finally, the weather wasn’t great - but there was no where to get a drink as the beach bar and reception bar was closed. The staff were apologetic, but I think there are better options on the island - and we decided to spend our final night elsewhere. The management didn’t really do much to persuade us to stay, and we’re now on our way to Ritz Carlton for our final night. This could be a lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly - but it’s the basics that let it down.

An Exceptional Stay – Truly Perfect in Every Way. This hotel exceeded all expectations. It’s the ideal choice for those seeking a serene atmosphere, impeccable service, and outstanding cuisine. The level of service deserves special recognition: every request was handled promptly and professionally, and the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and eager to help. The WhatsApp communication with the butler was a perfect solution - fast, convenient, and stress-free. A heartfelt mention goes to Jennifer, an extraordinary person who knows every guest by name and always seems to appear just when you need her. Her kindness made my stay unforgettable—from joining me for a game of pétanque to singing a farewell song as we departed. Truly above and beyond! The rooms? Spacious, spotless, and supremely comfortable. The culinary experience was equally impressive: a wide selection of fresh, flavorful dishes. The tasting menu at Kayuputi was a highlight I’ll cherish for years. That restaurant deserves Michelin stars - not only for its exquisite cuisine but also for the breathtaking sunsets that make dining or drinking cocktails there magical. Nature lovers will be delighted by the wildlife on the property: macaques, dusky leaf monkeys, hornbills, squirrels, and even a flying squirrel and a monitor lizard crossed my path. For those who enjoy strolls, there’s a bridge connecting to the neighboring West Inn. The location is also excellent - close to the airport and major attractions. Getting around is easy with Grab, which arrive within minutes and costs humble amounts. Finally, don’t miss the private tour of the mangrove forests and Kilim geoforest offered by the hotel - it’s an experience worth every moment. In short: perfect hotel, exceptional service, unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

This hotel experience was one of the top three hotel experiences in my life, it was nothing short of exceptional. It is worth every single penny. The staff could not have done more for us. From the moment we arrived to such a warm welcome in the airport from One, to Emma greeting us at the hotel reception. I was shocked by the level on demand 24/7 service from the Ebutler. It was an incredibly luxurious experience. They staff could have not done enough for us. Every meal we had was exceptional, we had our room upgraded to a sweet, we had sweeter treats delivered to our room, fresh towels whenever we wanted etc. 10/10 experience !! I can’t wait to come back
