The St Regis Langkawi represents an impeccable class act in luxury hospitality. Every aspect of our stay had surpassed our expectations. From the moment of arrival, our car was valet parked throughout our stay. Our check-in was handled through a dedicated butler, complete with welcome drinks and light bites. The beautiful lobby sets the tone with its grand yet refined ambience - a standard which is carried throughout the rest of the hotel's facilities. We booked the Andaman Sea View room, and over the course of our stay, its spacious balcony framed countless breathtaking views, from the cotton candied skies at sunrise to the violet horizon at sunset. The quality of service is remarkable; every hotel staff around the hotel, from the lobby to the pool and the restaurants was always ready to assist with a smile. The butler service was always a quick message away on WhatsApp, and we could enjoy 6 complimentary coffee/tea/chocolate drinks delivered to our room per day - a delightful perk that every luxury hotel would do well to offer. A tip would be to request for a medium soft memory pillow, which made our rest all the more comfortable. The breakfast spread at L'Orangerie was wonderful, with a wide selection of pastries, dairy, and local spreads. The hot latte was especially wonderful. In all, we are absolutely delighted by our first St. Regis experience and this stay has set the benchmark for future experiences to come.

St. Regis truly delivered an exceptional experience! Heartfelt appreciation to Shabir for his outstanding butler service. He was always prompt, attentive, and readily available whenever we needed assistance. Special thanks as well to Afiq, who paid close attention to every detail and took note that we were celebrating our anniversary. He made our breakfast experience even more memorable by arranging a special drink and dessert, which was a thoughtful and delightful surprise. Overall, it was a wonderful and pleasant stay. The warm hospitality, personalized touches, and excellent service made our celebration truly special. We look forward to returning again.

We had the most incredible time at St Regis Langkawi. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was perfect. We did not want to leave. The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. Rooms are beautiful, we had a beach access pool room and it was perfect for us as a couple with peace and quiet, we loved having our own pool to use and direct access to the beach. Kayaputi cocktails with the sunset was pretty special, Pantai grill beach bbq was amazing and breakfasts were fabulous. Also would highly recommend getting a massage at the spa. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful 3 days staycation with my wife in that lovely hotel. Only 80+ rooms so it's really calm and quiet, perfect for Honeymoon vibes and taking time for ourselves. The room is beautiful, the hotel too and the private beach just like in a dream. The staff is the best. The butler was very nice and helpful and everyone was super friendly. They even sang a song when we left. Wonderful breakfast both buffet and A la carte. Fully equipped gym. Will be back

The St. Regis Langkawi is one of the finest luxury hotels I've stayed at in Malaysia. Everything feels thoughtfully done without being over the top. The Astor Room was luxurious yet welcoming, with all the little touches you'd expect from a St. Regis, with lovely little touches like a crab towel arrangement, flowers and chocolates, nibbles and non- alcoholic sparkling wine waiting on arrival. The butler service was undoubtedly excellent. Everyone was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful without ever feeling intrusive. Dining was another highlight. Dinner at Kayuputi was exceptional, both the food and the service. The asam pedas risotto was out of this world! In still thinking about it even wild later! It was lovely having sunset drinks at the bar above water before proceeding for dinner. Breakfast and lunch at L'Orangerie was equally impressive, with an excellent selection and outstanding quality. I also enjoyed the little experiences that make The St. Regis unique, especially the Champagne sabrage and the guided nature walk. They added something beyond simply staying in a beautiful hotel. The property itself is elegant, peaceful and beautifully maintained, with a lovely private beach and plenty of Malaysian artwork throughout the hotel. Every member of staff I met was warm, attentive and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. It's not just a beautiful place to stay. It's one of those hotels that gets all the little things right, and that's what makes the experience memorable. I wouldn't hesitate to return. The location is ideal if you want a balance of convenience and tranquility. You're close to Kuah, yet once inside the resort, it feels like a world on its own.
