We had an exceptional stay at the Ritz Langkawi and are looking forward to coming back again. Despite some issues checking in, from there onwards staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable time. Housekeeping especially were excellent leaving us lovely notes, sweet treats and baths on the colder days! We made the most out of our time there doing a few activities which were nice, notably the Ritzadventure where we trekked through the jungle surrounding the hotel. We didn’t see much but it was a lovely experience. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the newly renovated infinity pool and horizon bar was spectacular. The food was average and expensive but was hard to leave when the whole place was so dreamy. Few things could be improved notably the ants at breakfast and the inconsistency of buggy call times (which made us late for our spa but wasn’t a problem). Nothing major when the rest of our stay was perfect. Definitely one of the most expensive places all round on the island but totally worth it. We are already looking forward to returning.

I cannot begin to describe how absolutely perfect our experience was at the Ritz Carlton Langkawi. We booked for 10 nights for our honeymoon, the staff throughout have made it a completely unforgettable and memorable experience for us. It is a truly beautiful place to stay, nestled in the forest with pristine pools and beach. I’d like to give special mention to three staff in particular, who went completely above and beyond: 1. Mia. She is an outstanding representative and ambassador of the brand. I had to visit the medical clinic for a concern I had, when I asked to see a doctor, she came to find us during our dinner to help make those arrangements. She did so with true care and compassion, and made arrangements within an hour to make it happen. Throughout our stay, she regularly checked in on my condition. She is a genuinely compassionate person with a big heart. 2. Muhen, Senior Concierge - another outstanding ambassador to the Ritz Carlton brand. A very personable guy, infinite levels of knowledge of Langkawi and hospitable throughout our stay to no ends. 3. Miraj, our housekeeper. He made every return to our room very special. From surprising treats, ensuring our cables were tied, the lovely notes and the baths filled with petals. Everything was so thoughtful. It is for these reasons I am so loyal to the Ritz Carlton and broader Marriott brand (Titanium member). We both can’t wait to return!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing — we truly loved everything about it. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is incredible, the service is outstanding, and the staff were all genuinely kind, warm, and helpful. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the experience. Coming back to our room during the day and discovering that the housekeeper had prepared a bubble bath for us was one of the sweetest and most memorable touches of our entire stay. The hotel is surrounded by jungle, and monkeys literally come right onto the balcony — such a unique and unforgettable experience. The nature around the hotel is absolutely stunning. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi was truly unforgettable. Surrounded by lush rainforest and the beautiful sea, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of Langkawi and enjoy a wonderfully relaxing stay. Everything was exceptional—from the facilities and accommodations to the dining experiences. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. What I especially loved was how The Ritz-Carlton’s refined and world-class service was beautifully blended with Langkawi’s warm, laid-back atmosphere. It felt luxurious without being overly formal, creating a very comfortable and unique experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of choices each morning. The curry, in particular, was absolutely delicious and became one of the highlights of our stay. This was one of those rare places where nature, hospitality, and luxury come together perfectly. We would love to return someday and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Langkawi. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. ❤️🌴✨

This is a beautiful property with 5 star service from beginning to end. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and escorted to the check-in area and given cold towels and drink/snack. They explained the property thoroughly and also handed us an updated information sheet. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Saw monkeys often from the balcony. Turndown service with a little snack. Every staff member was so friendly. We like to walk around though hot outside and anytime a buggy drove by they would ask if we needed a ride. It was our anniversary and they had decorated our room and on our last night they had a bottle of wine and a cake placed in our room :) The grounds were nicely maintained and the pools and beach were lovely. I believe breakfast is included for everyone. Platinum members also could redeem a welcome drink at the restaurants. There was a wedding one night and a couple of the restaurants were closed though they did have this on the information sheet so sure to read it. Reservations for the restaurants is recommended. That leads me to my one complaint: the food was just average. Since food at the hotel is significantly more expensive than outside, you're probably better off getting a grab and going off site for food which we were too lazy to do 😅
