A wonderful stay at a quality resort. The staff are friendly and welcoming and looked after us very well. The facilities are excellent including both the pools. The spa was excellent. Thank you Park Royal team. The hotel is conveniently located, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the balcony features a small wading pool with fantastic views – a perfect vantage point for watching the sunset. The breakfast selection is plentiful and delicious.

Everything about this hotel is simply extraordinary. Every detail is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly modern. I would even rate it as a six-star hotel if I could 😍 The staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They are always smiling, genuinely kind, and attentive to every need. A special thank you to Zuria, whose professionalism and kindness made our stay even more memorable, and to the hotel photographer for capturing such wonderful moments. I would also like to sincerely thank Fariz and Shafik for their incredible service at the restaurant. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made every meal a pleasure✨ The restaurant is outstanding, offering excellent quality in a beautiful setting. The beach is just across from the hotel, and all the facilities are perfectly maintained and fully equipped. Everything is spotless. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and offer the most breathtaking view I have ever seen. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced a view quite like this. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Having stayed in numerous hotels, I can confidently say that this one ranks among the very best. On top of that, it offers exceptional value for money ❤️ Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or especially a honeymoon, this hotel is the perfect choice. I will definitely be coming back with great pleasure 🥰

It was a great stay! Staff were lovely and attentive. Puva from F&B was amazing - he really looked after us throughout the day and made sure my kids got the right ice cream flavours! Location was perfect - the beach was quiet and clean and the premise was near the main road with the local eateries and shops. Big plus on the pool - it was massive with a kids area. They also had a kids club as well as an activity centre for the older kids (pool table, foosball, ping pong, board games, video games) - ideal for the rainy mornings! Everything was just perfect for a family beach resort holiday. Highly recommend!

I was there with my family of 11, and we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff were very pleasant, friendly, helpful and approachable. The housekeeping staff(Narayana & his colleague) were very hardworking and always kept our rooms clean and tidy, we really appreciate their work. The reception staff and luggage concierge team did an excellent work in handling and assisting us with our luggages and also in welcoming and sending us. The facilities in the hotel was excellent, everything was comfortable and good. The kid's play area, playground and recreation area for adults was really nice and we had many games to play. The poolside was big and we were thrilled to keep on swimming and splashing our day away. The bar kept us full with their sides and drinks. The breakfast spread could not be any better than other hotels we've been, so much of variety that made our tummies full and kept wanting for more everytime we were there. Overall we really enjoyed all the facilities provided in the hotel and the warm touch by all the staff in Park Royal. We couldn't have experienced all this without the recommendation by Mr Manimaran Karupiah, he made our everyday stay the most memorable one that we can never forget. He assisted in every needs we had just to ensure we enjoyed our stay!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly by the concierge and reception personnel! It was already a great first impression made! Checking in/ out was a breeze, and the rooms were so beautiful and facing the great ocean too! The toilet and shower area were hugeeee! Overall, we had a great stay! If i would like to give 1 feedback, it will be that some of the cuisines were abit salty e.g nasi lemak. So maybe can review the taste. Keep up the great service! Love, from Singapore!
