A wonderful stay at a quality resort. The staff are friendly and welcoming and looked after us very well. The facilities are excellent including both the pools. The spa was excellent. Thank you Park Royal team. The hotel is conveniently located, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the balcony features a small wading pool with fantastic views – a perfect vantage point for watching the sunset. The breakfast selection is plentiful and delicious.

We had a wonderful family stay at PARKROYAL Langkawi. The hospitality was outstanding—every staff member, from the front desk to the Kids Club, restaurant, pool, and spa teams, was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Even a small delay with a food order was handled professionally with a prompt follow-up and sincere apology. The resort was also exceptionally clean and well maintained, including the beach, Kids Club, and play areas. Our 1.5-year-old daughter had a fantastic time, and we truly appreciated how family-friendly and welcoming the resort was. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning!

The beach is just across from the hotel, and all the facilities are perfectly maintained and fully equipped. Everything is spotless. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and offer the most breathtaking view I have ever seen. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced a view quite like this. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Having stayed in numerous hotels, I can confidently say that this one ranks among the very best. On top of that, it offers exceptional value for money ❤️ Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or especially a honeymoon, this hotel is the perfect choice. It was a great stay! Staff were lovely and attentive. Puva from F&B was amazing - he really looked after us throughout the day and made sure my kids got the right ice cream flavours! Location was perfect - the beach was quiet and clean and the premise was near the main road with the local eateries and shops. Big plus on the pool - it was massive with a kids area. They also had a kids club as well as an activity centre for the older kids (pool table, foosball, ping pong, board games, video games) - ideal for the rainy mornings! Everything was just perfect for a family beach resort holiday. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our Deluxe Ocean View Room was incredibly spacious, almost like a suite, and the cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious selections, catering to different tastes. We also booked a Traditional Malay Spa Massage, and Fina, the masseuse, was exceptional—I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. What stood out most was the hospitality. Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile at every corner of the hotel. A truly enjoyable experience, and we will definitely be coming back!
