An absolutely exceptional stay! The bed and bedding were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. I honestly had the best night’s sleep of my life! The room was spacious, very clean, and offered nice views. The access to both the pool and the beach was very convenient. Without a doubt, one of the finest hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

My wife and I had a wonderful staycation at the St. Regis, Abu Dhabi. The staff were very friendly, hospitable and provided us an exceptional level of service throughout. It was our wedding anniversary, and they left a few surprises in our beautifully upgraded room, truly made us feel special and emotional (A special shout out to our gracious floor butler Vina Nita). Everything inside this property is very aesthetically pleasing - The iconic titanic lobby, the library, restaurant, our room, the floor corridor everything looked perfect. Our breakfast was hearty and delicious. A special thanks to the kind gentleman from Lahore who helped with our bags after checkout and kindly provided us water for our onward journey. 2 of us stayed at the hotel for one night and are really happy with everything. The hotel upgraded us to sea view room. The in-room dinning service was impeccable. The walk to the main beach is via a small tunnel which has been beautifully designed. The hotel provides towels and cold water bottles at their pool and the beach which really elevates the experience. I enjoyed the lap pool the most as it was quiet (no kids). There is no bar service but the lifeguard was kind enough to arrange for a drink. Tharindu served us at breakfast and took great care including recommending us dishes made to order. Worth visiting just for the breakfast as well. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Definitely visiting it again. They need to add more staff to the bar at the pool club. The two staff were completely overwhelemed close to the closing hour. The staff at the bar closer to the beach was excellent !

Wanted to take my time and write this. We initially planned to visit St Regis just for a meal, but decided to have some pre dinner drinks as well at St Regis bar, it was the best decision we made. Everything was just right, the ambiance was amazing, the drinks were on point, the music was just enough to hold a conversation yet enjoy the music in the background. But best of all was the company- my wife and me took the bar seat and was kept company by an amazing Burmese bartender- his name was Kyal if I’m not wrong, his friendliness and recommendations of drinks were on point and he was a natural salesman, even promoting the ladies night to my wife. We then went over to ‘The Terrace on the corniche’ for dinner. And once again it was the warm and friendly service by Vimukthi and Sridhar that made the night extra special. They were friendly and genuinely lovely to deal with, always with huge smiles and very professional service. I do have to say that the food was not something I would rave about, there was nothing special about the food. But what fell short with food was definitely made up with excellent service. Hats off to the management for investing in people who love their jobs. We will definitely be back.

My stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi started with mixed feelings. As someone who travels extensively and has high standards when it comes to hospitality, I have to say that the arrival experience is the one area that could be improved. First impressions matter immensely, and during check-in, I felt there was a lack of guidance and personal attention at first—especially for a first-time guest. A warmer, more proactive welcome would make a significant difference and would better reflect the level of excellence this property is known for. That being said, everything that followed was simply exceptional! From that moment onward, the service was consistently attentive, refined, and genuinely thoughtful. Whether through concierge, room service, reception, or the butler service, every request was handled efficiently, professionally, and with sincere care. A very special mention to Isra, who handled my check-in with remarkable professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine consideration for my needs. He truly turned my first impression around and embodied the level of service one expects from a property of this caliber. Another heartfelt thank you to Sandia, who welcomed me at the hotel bar with warmth, and outstanding professionalism. She took the time to explain benefits I wasn’t even aware I had with my Marriott account which allowed me to discount on my drinks. I would otherwise have missed. Also, a special thank you to Leazi-Rae for kindly offering me a late check-out, a gesture that was greatly appreciated. The beach staff also deserves recognition—extremely attentive, discreet, and polished, contributing to an atmosphere of effortless luxury throughout the stay. And finally the breakfast was really really taste! I would gladly return!
