I was so surprised and happy with this hotel. I had never heard of it and booked it by chance. Very very nice boutique hotel, with excellent customer service and professional staff. The room was large and they thought of everything making it comfortable. The gym is small but usable. The breakfast was amazing, and staff very attentive. The hotel beach is small but private and clean. Very beautiful pool area as well. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at The Sarojin. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. A special thank you to App at reception and the hotel manager, Kade, for the warmest welcome we could have asked for. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail set the tone for a truly exceptional stay. Our room was beautiful—spotlessly clean, perfectly maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping did a wonderful job every day, and the level of care was evident in every detail. The spa experience was simply outstanding. Our therapist, Tina, gave us the best massage we have ever had. Her technique was exceptional, and she constantly made sure we were comfortable throughout the treatment. It was relaxing, professional, and unforgettable. One of the things that impressed us the most was the incredible service throughout the entire resort. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead in making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality felt natural and heartfelt. Breakfast was another highlight. The food was delicious, with an excellent variety and outstanding quality. The breakfast team was wonderful—they even taught us a few Thai words, remembered our preferences, and always greeted us with warm smiles, making every morning feel special. We also took a private cooking class with Beam, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. He first took us to the local market, where he patiently stopped to explain the different ingredients, shared how they are used in Thai cuisine, and recommended products based on what interested us. It made the market visit feel authentic, personal, and incredibly informative. Back at the resort, Beam guided us through every step of preparing our three dishes. He explained each technique clearly, made sure we understood every stage of the cooking process, and let us know we would receive all the recipes afterward so we could recreate the dishes at home. He was knowledgeable, patient, funny, and passionate about sharing Thai cuisine and culture. Every dish we prepared was absolutely delicious, making the entire experience both educational and unforgettable. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional, the service was truly world-class, and every experience felt personal and thoughtfully curated. The Sarojin is much more than a luxury hotel—it is a place where people genuinely care about creating unforgettable memories for their guests. We cannot recommend The Sarojin highly enough and are already looking forward to coming back.

Easily one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at, not just in Thailand, but anywhere in the world. The service was absolutely flawless across the board. From the waitstaff and the housekeeping team to the reception desk, everyone constantly goes above and beyond. The staff is proactive, always thinking one step ahead, and incredibly welcoming. It is highly evident that the property is exceptionally well-managed; every single team member knows their role perfectly and executes it to the highest possible standard. The hotel facilities are outstanding. The resort itself is incredibly beautiful, unbelievably peaceful, and offers such a relaxing, pleasant atmosphere. During our stay, we also booked a yacht trip to the Similan Islands, and it was perfect. The yacht was impeccably clean and comfortable. Mr. Au was phenomenal—highly attentive, knowledgeable, and so kind, as was the entire crew. They took us to the most breathtaking spots, and even when there were other tourists around, they somehow managed to carve out a truly personal and unique experience just for us. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Highly recommended!

Staying at The Sarojin was one of the most special and memorable experiences of my life. I will truly never forget it. I came here to celebrate an anniversary and birthday initially… and also ended up celebrating a surprise proposal! It was the most magical and fitting place 💍 We booked the Pool Residence for 8 nights and arranged the private barbecue dinner on the beach (where I was proposed to). Everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end — the room and pool were incredible, the restaurants and food exceptional, and the grounds absolutely stunning. What truly sets The Sarojin apart is the staff. Everyone was SO friendly and welcoming; you can really tell they are like family there. On my boyfriend’s (now fiancé’s 🙂) birthday, they went out of their way to tell me they were going to have a little cake ready for our dinner — it was so thoughtful 🥹 They also arranged special floral touches on our bed for both the birthday and engagement night, and even took photos for us during those special evenings, which I will treasure forever. We have stayed in other 5-star resorts but the Sarojin truly stands out for us. It will always hold a very special place in our hearts, and we can’t wait to return. ❤️

We visited the restaurant and sunset bar at the Sarojin and the experience was truly memorable. The setting is simply stunning. Enjoying a drink at sunset was one of the highlights of my trip: exceptional cocktails, attentive service, and a breathtaking atmosphere. Without a doubt, this is one of the most beautiful venues in Khao Lak, and I look forward to returning. The property delivers a genuine sense of luxury and exclusivity. The only aspect that felt out of place was the 3% surcharge for payments made with American Express. The extra charge itself is not the issue, but in a luxury environment, it feels inconsistent with the overall guest experience and attention to detail. Small surcharges of this kind can unintentionally make the experience feel more transactional and cost-conscious, which is closer to a budget-minded approach than to the effortless exclusivity that luxury hospitality is meant to convey. That said, thank you for a wonderful evening. It was a truly enjoyable experience, and one I will remember fondly.
