The best hotel I have ever been to! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Not a bad word to say. All staff are very friendly and helpful and the service is outstanding. Food was delicious with lots of choice. Facilities are amazing with lots to do a free shuttle bus into the nearest town and the private beach was beautiful. Entertainment was brilliant with the most lovely and talented family singing great songs and a fire show which we loved. Me and my fiancée stayed here for 10 nights and could not fault this hotel. We stayed in the private pool suite and it was incredible loved having our own pool and the room was A great size and extremely clean. It was a holiday we will never forget and will be recommending to family and friends. No doubt we will be returning to this incredible hotel.

Good hotel, really good for family with kids. The facilities are top notch and very well maintained. You can get many activities, have a couple of pools good dining areas, decent breakfast with a wide spread. The rooms/some aspects could have been designed slightly better with more thought on usability and less on looks. We stayed her for two nights in most basic room, we used the pools twice and the gym once and was a good experience, the dinner was good too. Overall highly recommend if you are a family.

Overall , my experience at the resort was somehow satisfactory, with some buts and ifs like the following: - Breakfast: It could be anything but a five-star hotel breakfast. The food choices were quite limited to international travelers. Also, the way food was presented and served was never up to standards (e.g.cheese options, pastry, fruit quality, honey..etc). The coffee was machine made and not tasty. - There’s been some construction work in adjacent villas. The noise was intolerable. - If you are thinking of a beach resort, well, think again. The teeni tiny, though spectacular, beach was few meters long. On the right side there’s a military zone and lift side was a no swimming area. - The private pool’s lights were off. They couldn’t be fixed even after the maintenance team arrived, nor we were compensated for a pool we couldn’t use at night. - The check-in time took about 35 minutes even though we were they only arrivals at the time. We didn’t receive proper induction of the amenities or the villa itself. However, there were many very positive aspects about the resort: - The staff was professional, responsive and cooperative, even though sometimes they couldn’t help. They arranged relocating our villa to a somehow quieter spot - The in-house application and accompanying services were amazing and affordable. - The game zone was fun (darts, table tennis and others). The free kayaking journey was incredible - There were free shuttle trips to the market and town. - It was kids friendly. Swimming pool slides and kids club were nice.

I really liked this hotel. The room was lovely. Huge bed and it was fantastic to have our own little pool (small upgrade through Tui.) I was worried about dietary issues as I am gluten free and vegetarian but they had a gluten free breakfast menu that I was able to choose from and then was made especially. And when we ate at the hotel for dinner, the menu was marked accordingly to items that were gluten free and which were not. All the staff were so kind and gracious. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Thank you Kalima 😊

Usually I don't write reviews but this time I have to! We travelled all continents but we never experienced a hotel like this. And for those who don't believe. Pictures don't LIE ! - the room we finally got was not the room we booked. Completely different and there was also no chance to get our room. - we requested a deep clean after the checkin because everything was dirty (hair everywhere, even in the bed, stains on the bed, stains on the sofa...) - literally everything in the hotel is old and absolete. There is no feelgood factor at all. No privacy. - the beach is not cleaned and not reccomended for swimming (jelly fish, seagrass) - WIFI is nowhere within the hotel working continously and with appropriate speed - soap on the toilets were empty several times - Glasses in the restaurant are not properly cleaned up - transport: the hotel blocked Grab and Bolt Taxis. The Taxi drivers in front of the hotel belong to one Mafia. They charge prizes 3-4 times higher than usually. The smallest distance (2,4 Kilometers = 300 baht) - Prices in the restaurant are rediculous. 220 baht for 2 slices of bruscetta, just to mention only one example. Be carful the taxes and service charge come on top - the river which is on the one side of the hotel really stinks. Unfortunately you need to pass it to get to the dinner restaurant - we found zigarrettes in the sandboxes/playground for kids - taking a banana to the room for you kid at the breakfast buffet will be fined - 500 baht - a damaged water glassbottle in the room is charged - 30 baht - everywhere it's mentioned if you damage this and that by accident you will be charged - The bridge to the beach is fixed with tape - 2 turtels are helt in a very very small cage - absolutely not animal friendly - We went to the beach bar at 4 pm. The guy working there was playing with his cell phone and told us that the bar is closed already - We got to know that people get forced to make 5 star review after check out This hotel gave 5 stars to themself. In reality we would rate this hotel with 1 star. At least in Europe it deffinitely would not have more than one star. To the hotelmanager/owner: You charge european prices, you want to be a 5 star hotel? You are really interested in providing good service and good customer experience? Than start doing something for it! At least take care that the hotel is CLEAN! As a conclusion we can say that we did not feel and see that the things here are made with love. We will not come back. The hotel is quite old and deffinitely not maintained well. In case that our review will be deleted. We are going to upload this again.
