An absolute paradise! We stayed here as a couple and had an amazing experience. The resort has a unique, rustic design that creates such a magical and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options. The location right on the beach is perfect for sunsets. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and romantic getaway in Khao Lak!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The front desk team provided outstanding service — especially Khun Axe and Khun Beer (who I believe is the MOD). They handled every situation with remarkable patience and professionalism. The security staff and housekeepers were courteous and always greeted guests with warm smiles, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and comfortably designed, offering a truly relaxing environment. I requested two wine glasses from room service, which came with a small charge of 100 THB — a minor detail that didn’t affect my overall satisfaction. Although the breakfast selection could be slightly improved, everything else was excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Eden Khao Lak is beautifully located directly on the beach, and the surroundings are truly stunning. The ocean, the nature, and the overall setting are fantastic. Unfortunately, beyond the location, this hotel is far from a true 5-star experience. We were initially given a room that smelled strongly of mold, and the air felt heavy, humid, and unhealthy to breathe. It was immediately uncomfortable to stay in the room. It was also very clear that the hotel has suffered water damage multiple times. In several places, plastic sheets had been installed in the ceilings, seemingly to hide leaks and damage rather than properly repair them, which created a neglected and poorly maintained impression. The smell and air quality in our first room were so bad that we had to go back to reception and ask for a new one. The service was not particularly welcoming or accommodating, although we were eventually moved to another floor. This room was slightly less affected, but still far from acceptable. We were traveling as three people, and both my son and I have asthma. Even after being moved, it was challenging to stay at the hotel — not only because of the persistent humidity, but also due to poor ventilation, musty odors, and lingering dampness, all of which made breathing uncomfortable throughout our stay. The rooms are nicely designed, but they are worn and poorly cleaned. Curtains and pillows were extremely dirty and stained, which is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that markets itself as luxury. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and very good quality. However, the atmosphere in the buffet area was chaotic, crowded, and stressful, which took away from the experience.

We had the best time here! We travelled with a 12 month old toddler and has the best time here. The location is really good! The property in your tself has such good vibes. It's just beautifun! The best is so easily accessible with beautiful sunset. The food at all the restaurants is amazing as well and a really nice breakfast spread. We are vegetarians and absolutely loved the food here. We stayed at another 5start in khao lak after our stay at eden and really missed this amazing resort.

We stayed here for just 2 days and 1 night, but it felt like we had a long, relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is peaceful and surrounded by nature — perfect for true relaxation. The service was excellent; all the staff were polite and very helpful. The room was clean, and check-in was smooth and on time. Highly recommend trying the spa here — the therapists are professional, and the experience is incredibly relaxing!
