My family and I stayed here during the low season. It was virtually empty but made for a a very quiet and relaxing environment. There are only mild crowds during breakfast time and by the pool during the daytime. Despite the heavy rain on some days, we enjoyed the well-equipped gym. We extend our deepest gratitude to F&B manager Noom and his team for making our dining experience here unforgettable. Service was friendly and attentive all around. We would like to mention Ying’s standout service. She was highly proactive and paid stellar attention to detail, going above and beyond by anticipating our needs before we could express them and responding to them with razor sharp precision, which made our vacation feel like a true 5 star experience at an international standard!

Could not recommend more!! I was a bit apprehensive as we were travelling with a baby and a toddler, and this was not our first choice hotel after several other hotels were fully booked… but we had an incredible stay! The resort is the perfect size, compact but cleverly laid out and gorgeous to walk around. Its hilarious at nap times watching all the dads do the nap laps. The (several) pools, splash pad, kids club (indoor, outdoor and on the beach) and beach area itself are all spot on. So much to keep kiddos of all ages entertained. The staff are all genuinely so friendly and can’t do more to try to help you. You are a bit out of town, it’s a 15-20 min drive, but there are multiple great local restaurants a very short walk along the beach so you don’t need to go far. The hotel also offer a shuttle to the night market. The restaurants at the hotel are all excellent but they are about double what you pay at a local place, although for what you get that felt reasonable and we made use of both. I am going to seriously miss watching the sunset at the beach bar, happy hour there was glorious. Thank you so much!

Absolutely loved this hotel! The atmosphere was so peaceful and beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s a resort-style hotel surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. I would definitely love to come back!🍃🐇🐓 And and!! A wonderful restaurant also bar with a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. A perfect place to relax, enjoy great food, and have a drink. Highly recommended! 🍸🌊

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. The beach itself is beautiful and very relaxing. A special shoutout to the amazing crew at the beach bar — Bella, Rafael, and Meen truly made our experience unforgettable. They were incredibly friendly, fun, and always made us feel welcome. Their energy and service really added to the overall vibe of the resort. The only area that could use improvement is the food service. The choices felt very limited, and the dining rules were quite strict, which made meals less enjoyable than expected. Expanding the menu and offering more flexible options would greatly enhance the guest experience. As a suggestion, the management could take inspiration from Barcelo Coconut, which offers more variety and flexibility while still maintaining quality. With a few improvements in this area, this place could easily become an even more outstanding destination.

Our family returns here almost every month, because the breakfast experience feels like coming home to a meal made with genuine love and care.The buffet is incredibly diverse, offering a high-quality spread of Thai, Chinese, and Western dishes. On this trip, our family included toddlers, working adults, and grandparents—and everyone unanimously loved the food. It is rare to find a breakfast that satisfies and comforts every single generation so completely!As regular guests, we love how the chefs thoughtfully update the menu so there is always a delightful surprise. Last month, we adored the delicate Onsen Eggs. This time, they treated us to a heavenly Scrambled Eggs on Sourdough with two amazing sauces: a rich green curry and a gently spicy coconut sauce. The combination was absolute perfection.What makes breakfast here extra special is the wonderful team. The staff care for every table with genuine warmth and attentiveness, ensuring every guest starts their vacation day with a bright smile.Thank you to everyone at Elements for taking such beautiful care of us.
