This was our first stay at The Salil Hotel Sukhumvit 57, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we checked in until the day we checked out, every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I especially want to give a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Dear, who provided exceptional service throughout our entire stay. She also went above and beyond by helping us with the hotel’s traditional Thai costume experience, making it even more memorable. I’m absolutely obsessed with the hotel’s modern, stylish, and trendy design. Every corner is beautifully decorated, creating such a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The location is another huge advantage—it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the BTS station and conveniently located in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore Bangkok. I highly recommend The Salil Hotel Sukhumvit 57 to anyone visiting Bangkok. Thank you, Ms. Dear, for making our stay so special. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly made this hotel even more valuable. We will definitely be back for another vacation!

I had an early check in and I was travelling solo. They gave me early checking without any questions or Nuisance. The staff was super helpful and cordial. The location is amazing and walkable to many cool cafés and street food. The rooms were super clean and spacious. There was no disturbance in the room and had all amenities too. The concierge was very helpful and greeted with a smile always.

We had a lovely stay here. A very relaxing and well located hotel. So close to BTS and other amenities. The staff were so nice and welcoming especially Torn and Boat. This is our second stay here and when we return to Bangkok we'll be staying here again. 100% recommend this place. Sorry to be leaving

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel’s customer service. My friend originally made the reservation but was unable to stay. The guest name on the reservation had already been changed to my name before I contacted the hotel. I called simply to confirm the details and ask a few questions regarding my upcoming stay. While I was asking for clarification, the staff member suddenly raised their voice at me and said, “Can you ask one thing at a time?” in an impatient and disrespectful tone. I was genuinely surprised by this response. I was not arguing, shouting, or demanding anything unusual. The reservation was already under my name, and I was simply trying to make sure I understood the arrangements correctly before arriving. If the staff member needed me to ask my questions one at a time, they could have politely said so. There was absolutely no reason to raise their voice at a guest who was simply asking for information. For someone working in hospitality, basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism should be expected. Unfortunately, this interaction made me feel unwelcome before I had even arrived. If this is how a confirmed guest is treated simply for asking questions before check-in, it makes me seriously concerned about the level of service I can expect during my stay. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and reviews how their staff communicate with guests. Guests should be treated with respect, even when they have several questions to ask. 8/7/2026

From the check in onwards everything was amazing. Great staff all around, reception, door man, housekeeping etc. And the room was just so beautiful and cosy, perfect for a romantic couple stay. Not forgetting the complimentary Thai costume rental, allowing us to capture some magical memories. The location to BTS was also relatively close with a couple of nice noodle shops and a 7 eleven just right the corner. I would highly recommend this hotel for nice relaxing stay. Sincerely thankful for the awesome experience!
