Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated with the utmost respect, and the hospitality truly made our visit memorable. Every staff member we encountered—front desk, doormen, room service, restaurant staff, and the wonderful Ritz Kids Club team—was incredibly polite, warm, and attentive. They greeted us with a smile, remembered little details, and made our little boy feel so special. The hotel’s cleanliness was top-class, and the location was excellent, with easy access to Abu Dhabi’s main attractions. We stayed in an executive suite, which was absolutely divine. The pool area was beautifully maintained, and the pool staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We visited during the last week of September, and it wasn’t too busy, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this exceptional hotel—truly a palace in every sense!

The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless, offering relaxing views of the gardens and pool area. Every interaction with the staff was exceptional — they are friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything you need. The bar inside the hotel was another highlight of my stay. It has a stylish and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a drink in the evening. The cocktail menu is impressive, with both classic and signature creations, all prepared with great attention to detail. The bartenders are knowledgeable and attentive, making the whole experience feel personal and special. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi exceeded my expectations in every way. Beautiful facilities, excellent service, and a fantastic bar — I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Memorable stay at the Ritz Carlton, Grand Canal. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were extremely warm and helpful, offering us dates and arabic coffee. We got a room on the 3rd floor. Room was adequately spacious, aesthetically pleasing and spotlessly clean and had all the amenities one would expect from the Ritz. The room comes with a balcony offering stunning views of the gigantic pool and beach, which along with the hotels Venetian inspired architecture is an absolute treat for the eyes, especially enjoyed evening time when the lights are fully illuminated. The breakfast next morning was plentiful, varied and delicious. Even after checkout, the hospitality of the hotel continued when we were graciously assisted with our bags and guided to our car. The only minor drawback I could think of is that the hotel is situated far from supermarkets and the city centre (almost 30 mins by car), but apart from that this hotel is a must visit when you are in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended!

We have visited Giornotte a few times for brunch over the last four or five years and it never ceases to impress us. The staff ( serving, waiting, cheffing, escorting etc), as always, are both attentive even when it’s extremely busy, and helpful. The food selection and standard is absolutely first rate in my opinion. This is the first time we’ve visited where there has been a “Ritz Queen”, competition, which I won amazingly and was gifted with a sash, a beautiful arrangement of flowers and a bottle of champagne. Sadly we didn’t know we were meant to open the champagne and drink it on the premises ( we weren’t allowed to take the unopened bottle away with us), so we had to give it away to another table. This was the only downside to our afternoon, had we been told earlier it needed to be opened, we would have done so. Still, all in all, a near perfect experience.

From the beautifully prepared room to the thoughtful gestures for our baby’s birthday, everything was done with such care and finesse. The team went above and beyond to make this milestone truly special, and we were incredibly touched by the effort put into every aspect of our stay. The property itself is breathtaking — a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with stunning views and immaculate facilities. Whether relaxing by the pool, dining at one of the incredible restaurants, or simply enjoying the luxurious surroundings, we felt pampered every moment. A special thank you to the staff for treating our family like royalty and for making our baby’s first birthday such a magical and memorable occasion. We will forever cherish the memories created here and look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for families, celebrations, or anyone seeking luxury and genuine hospitality.
