The experience was amazing. It has an amazing atmosphere. My family and kids enjoyed their stay, also the theme park was amazing. Everyone was helpful and friendly. It’s my 5th time here. And would recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Basak from Guest relations, she was always attentive and helpful. Also Ceylon at the Nyssa Bar, she’s always a familiar face.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the food is simply delicious – everyone found something to their liking. The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly, which is a huge plus for us. The staff deserves special mention – the care and approach to guests are truly wonderful. During my stay, I needed help. The response was immediate – a doctor arrived very quickly and I received professional help. We felt cared for and safe. I definitely recommend this hotel to families with children!

We traveled from the UK to Turkey for the first time. We are a family of seven (five children. Eldest 18, youngest 4) We originally booked 3 double rooms, however upon check in we were offered 1 double room and an upgrade option to a family deluxe room with and amazing terrace and a incredible view of the chateau. This particular room had two rooms connected by a a spacious hallway. One of the rooms had a super king size bed plus sofa bed (ideal for a small child) and the other room a pull out sofa bed ( perfect for two young children or teenagers) There was a bathroom with a gorgeous spacious shower and a separate WC. The thing we loved about this was the incredible terrace, it was huge and looked out at the Chateau, Dolphin Land, shops and canal. The other great thing was in the second room there was a patio door which opened up and we had the most incredible view of the parade every evening! We are grateful to have stayed in this room. We stayed for five nights all inclusive. The Eternia buffet restaurant was amazing and had a variety of delicious foods to suit all the family. We were blown away by everything. From the drive up to the hotel, incredible architecture, friendly staff, our rooms, fun activities for children (especially Kingdom Land) buffet restaurant, Aqua Park, Theme Park, Dolphin Show, swimming pool (in the hotel) and shops was amazing. The atmosphere was incredible. We had a few minor issues with our wristbands a few times but overall it was the best holiday we have had as a family and look forward to returning again in the near future. The kids especially were sad to leave that’s how got it was.

I loved my stay, dinner was our favorite, there was a lot of varieties. We loved the mojitos in the bar, the service general was amazing. Specially I wanna thank Arzu. Otherwise the facilities in theme park and the shopping mall was great. Also we loved the shows general.

An absolute paradise for families! Fantastic stay! ​This hotel is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in, it makes a huge impression. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. It is truly a paradise for both kids and parents. ​We spent a wonderful week here with our 4-year-old daughter, and we couldn't be happier. Here are some of the highlights: ​Amazing Activities for Kids: The kids' club is great, and our daughter loved the breakfast surprise visits from Masha and a magician! ​Food & Drinks: Delicious, fresh, and very diverse meals. The drinks were also of very high quality. ​Rooms: Very spacious, perfectly air-conditioned, and equipped with a huge, comfortable bed. ​Theme Park & Pool Access: Direct access to an amazing amusement park with numerous swimming pools kept us entertained the whole time. ​Bonus Perks: We loved the option to spend a few hours at the neighboring Rixos hotel, which gave us direct access to a beautiful beach and a Starbucks. ​If you are looking for a perfect family getaway, this is the place to be. Highly recommendened!
