The staff, especially Erandi and Hetheshi, were absolutely incredible. I have never experienced such genuine, personal hospitality at any hotel before. When we arrived they showed us our rooms, gave us a little welcome tour around the hotel and made sure we knew where everything was and we felt comfortable. We travelled to Sri Lanka for a wedding, and when I needed help tying my saree, Erandi and Hetheshi came to my room and spent 20–30 minutes helping me. They were so patient and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. While helping me, they shared stories about Sri Lanka and their culture, making the experience even more special. They made me feel so comfortable and were so kind and willing to help, even though this was well beyond what their roles required. Their warmth, generosity, and genuine care truly went above and beyond. They played a huge part in making my time in Sri Lanka so memorable. Thank you, Erandi and Hetheshi, for your kindness and for making our stay so special. I will always remember your incredible hospitality.

I had a wonderful experience at Blue Waters Hotel & Spa, Wadduwa. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff provided excellent service and made us feel truly welcomed. A special thank you to Erandika Fernando who personally accompanied us to our room and checked on us multiple times to ensure everything was perfect. Her friendliness and dedication to customer service really stood out. We also appreciate Sandali De Zoysa who gave us a detailed bawa tour. She explained everything clearly and was very friendly and approachable, making us feel comfortable throughout. The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained, and overall the service from all staff members was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

Food was quite bad. Prawn in the Nasi goreng was very smelly. Rice it self was just soy sauce, carrot, egg and rice. For the price not worth it. Even the steak Tuna panini was just okay. Service was not bad. View and the location is always one of the best in Sri Lanka. I hope the quality of food improves.

We had a lovely dinner experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and treated us with so much warmth, which made the evening really special. The food was amazing everything we tried was delicious! A special mention to the strawberry vanilla milkshake, which actually tasted like real strawberries instead of artificial flavor. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially with hundreds of parrots around it was such a unique and peaceful experience listening to them. I also arranged an anniversary cake for my husband, and the hotel kindly provided it complimentary which we truly appreciated. Overall a wonderful dining experience!

Had an amazing first experience at Dragon Boat Restaurant at Blue Water Hotel! 🌟 The food was absolutely delicious and every dish was full of flavor. What made the experience even more special was the warm and friendly service from the staff. A big appreciation to Kavindu and Sara for being so kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. They truly made us feel comfortable and valued as first-time visitors. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable dining experience — definitely looking forward to visiting again! ❤️
