The staff, especially Erandi and Hetheshi, were absolutely incredible. I have never experienced such genuine, personal hospitality at any hotel before. When we arrived they showed us our rooms, gave us a little welcome tour around the hotel and made sure we knew where everything was and we felt comfortable. We travelled to Sri Lanka for a wedding, and when I needed help tying my saree, Erandi and Hetheshi came to my room and spent 20–30 minutes helping me. They were so patient and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. While helping me, they shared stories about Sri Lanka and their culture, making the experience even more special. They made me feel so comfortable and were so kind and willing to help, even though this was well beyond what their roles required. Their warmth, generosity, and genuine care truly went above and beyond. They played a huge part in making my time in Sri Lanka so memorable. Thank you, Erandi and Hetheshi, for your kindness and for making our stay so special. I will always remember your incredible hospitality.

I had a wonderful experience at Blue Waters Hotel & Spa, Wadduwa. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff provided excellent service and made us feel truly welcomed. A special thank you to Erandika Fernando who personally accompanied us to our room and checked on us multiple times to ensure everything was perfect. Her friendliness and dedication to customer service really stood out. We also appreciate Sandali De Zoysa who gave us a detailed bawa tour. She explained everything clearly and was very friendly and approachable, making us feel comfortable throughout. The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained, and overall the service from all staff members was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

The room is very nice and has an amazing beach view. I’ve never seen such a huge pool. It is lovely to swim in. The hotel has direct access to the beach, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The staff are very attentive. They actively ask for feedback and make sure we are happy with the food. The food is delicious, with a great variety of local, Asian, and Western dishes. The dining experience is excellent, and everyone is incredibly friendly. The manager is very kind and even helped us extend our stay. A special thank you to Kaushi, who took great care of us. Before we eat, the staff explained the entire buffet to us. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with outstanding staff. We highly recommend it!

Had a wonderful stay at The Blue Water with my family. The staff was very accommodating and happy to help with some special requests we had, which we really appreciated. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and lunch. The dinner buffet was good too, though it would have been even better with a few more seafood options. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful family dinner buffet at the Admirals Room Restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the overall experience was excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Keshara, the Restaurant Manager, for making the reservation process smooth and ensuring everything was well arranged. Also appreciate Mr. Malindu (I'm not sure of his designation) for his friendly service. He took great care of our table, served our drinks promptly, and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We look forward to visiting again! ❤️
