The Property is a planned spacious place. Rooms are cozy and relaxing. Pool is magnificent. Food and the restaurant staff are very friendly and Generous. Personally I like the restaurant staff girl named Thakshila. Her Kind and pretty smile made my day even before we fulfill our food commitments. Thanks for that magic. Overall I thank all the staff who helped us in many ways from the front desk to Housekeeping who made our stay a memorable one.

Excellent location on the beach, big (clean) pool to do some decent laps, and service was excellent - every member of staff was polite, friendly and wanting to make our stay comfortable (thank you Mahesh for continual tea/coffee refills, Siva for eggs, and Ravi at the front desk). I rated the room lower because it needs a little painting and filling of cracks, but very clean with drinking water and coffee/tea making and nice balcony to relax on. Overall a good place to stay during our monthlong drive around Sri Lanka

I recently visited the dinner buffet at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. From the moment we entered the dining area, the ambience was both elegant and relaxed—soft lighting, comfortable seating and a pleasant seaside view added to the charm. The spread offered a wide variety of dishes, from local Sri Lankan specialties to continental favourites, so there was something for everyone. Many guests have noted this variety and quality in their reviews. The food was fresh, well-presented, and replenished promptly. I especially enjoyed the live cooking station where chefs prepared dishes on the spot—it added an interactive touch to the evening. The service team were friendly, attentive and kept everything running smoothly, which made the dining experience more enjoyable. As one reviewer said, “Dinner buffet was pretty good”. Value for money is another plus: for what’s offered, the buffet felt like a worthy investment. My only suggestion would be to maybe expect slightly longer wait times for the more popular items during peak hours. All in all, I’d highly recommend the dinner buffet at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon for anyone in Trincomalee looking for a quality, relaxed evening meal. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon. The resort has this beautiful modern coastal charm, open spaces, and stunning views of the sea that make every breakfast feel like a postcard moment. We were served mainly by Roshan, Samif, and Jeyan and other staff during breakfast and dinner and they were all exceptional - so kind, professional, and genuinely warm in their service. They made every request feel personal and special. The food was excellent, with an amazing breakfast spread - fresh tropical fruit, Sri Lankan favourites, and one of the best iced coffee I’ve had in SL! Dinner was just as good, served with care and always perfectly timed.
