Had a wonderful stay at this hotel on 22nd & 23rd The location is beautiful, with a calm and peaceful sea view that makes the whole experience even more relaxing. The food was absolutely amazing, and the quality and variety were excellent. A special thank you to F&B Manager Mr. Yasarathne Bandara for his outstanding support and hospitality. His friendly and professional service truly made our experience memorable. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

This has been a great holiday for our family at this stunning resort. The location is perfect, access to the beach is incredible and all the activities you can choose from just make the stay even better. Breakfast was a highlight for us - we’ve never had better hoppers in our lives - Jasinthe is the hoppers queen! I had her hoppers everyday for breakfast and would come back to have more. She and the entire wait staff were amazing and caring, helping us throughout our stay. Mahesh and his team looked after us on the ground actively, Lavaneethan and his team ensure our rooms were well cleaned and looked after. Our children were actively trashing the room so I appreciate the effort he went to ensure it was a clean and safe space for them to play in. He also made sure we were never short of water either. It’s definitely a place worth the visit! The team just make it so easy for families to come and stay. We stayed for four nights and it was seem less. From check-in to check-out it was great!

I never give 5 star reviews but I couldn’t fault anything here. The rooms were beautiful ours straight out on to the beach. Everyone couldn’t do enough for us. Very attentive without being too overwhelming. Food was really good both in the crab cafe and main restaurant. Definitely book a trip with the hotel if you want an experience we booked one with nature trails and one externally and the external one was nowhere near as good or professional. We visited for the buffet dinner to celebrate my parents’ anniversary. Yeshani and Maheshi had thoughtfully arranged a beautiful cake for the occasion, which made the evening even more special. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout. While the buffet offered a simple selection of dishes, everything was delicious and prepared to a high standard. The live music added a wonderful atmosphere to the evening, and the lovely view made the experience even more enjoyable. We had a memorable celebration and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Our stay at Cinnamon Blu Trinco was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The resort is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. Our beach chalet was simply magical—it opened directly onto the pristine beach, so we could step out onto the soft sand and straight into the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was an experience we’ll never forget. A very special thank you to Chef Asela, who thoughtfully took great care of my husband’s gluten-free dietary requirements. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate every meal meant we could dine with complete peace of mind while enjoying delicious food. Our heartfelt thanks also go to yeshani, Kelum, and Mahesh for their kindness, attentive service, and ever-smiling faces. They truly made us feel at home. A special thanks to the front office Kaveesha and Savanthan to help me find my AirPods and extremely helpful. The cozy atmosphere, exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and genuine care shown by the entire team made this one of our most memorable holidays. We highly recommend Cinnamon Blu Trinco and look forward to returning again.
