We truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptional and made us feel genuinely welcomed special thanks to Ravi, Siva, Maheesh and Marheni! The 30 meter swimming pool is super if you like to swim. Breakfast was ok and for both local as international travelers. Only the weather was off and we hope to come back to see the marine life Trinco has to offer. Massage was amazing! Although a little over priced especially for asian standards. And they could offer the pooltabel for free.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with warmth and professionalism. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was excellent, with great variety and taste, making every meal enjoyable. A special appreciation goes to Thakshila, who served us with exceptional care and kindness. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine hospitality made our dining experience even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied, and her service truly stood out. Trinco Blu is a very good hotel for people looking for a peaceful gateway. We got the opportunity to go there in December 2025 when we went to Sri Lanka and everyone loved the experience they had. The location and the service were perfect. All the staff including the manager were very friendly and helpful. Shiva who works at the restaurant gave us warm and delicious chai tea every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday

We had a wonderful one night stay at Cinnamon Blu Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was pleasant and relaxing. **Rohan, the Front Office Manager**, warmly welcomed us and helped us immediately upon arrival, making the check in process smooth and stress free. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality. A special mention goes to **Rajintha**, who assisted us at the buffet restaurant. His service was outstanding friendly, attentive, and professional which truly enhanced our dining experience. The environment was calm and peaceful, perfect for a short getaway. Everything about the stay was well organized and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend Cinnamon Blu Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and excellent service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cinnamon Blue Trinco, and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had, from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome, and that warmth continued throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff, particularly waiters Kelum, Rajinthan and Thakshila. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience every time we visited the restaurant. Their attentiveness and friendly service truly stood out. They were always ready with a smile, and made sure our needs were met without us having to ask. It’s not every day that you come across staff who are so genuinely caring and professional, and these three made each meal a delightful experience. The food was also fantastic. I highly recommend Cinnamon Blue Trinco for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with impeccable service and a wonderful dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!
