Subject: Feedback on Recent Stay (July 26 – July 29) – Raveesh Kumar Dear Taj Fort Aguada Management Team, I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa from July 26 to July 29, 2026. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable experience, and I wanted to extend my appreciation to your team while also sharing a couple of suggestions for improvement. What We Loved * Location & Views: The setting of the property is absolutely stunning, offering incredible coastal vistas and a serene ambiance. * Staff & Service: The hospitality was warm, courteous, and welcoming, reflecting the high standards of the Taj brand. * Rooms: Our accommodations were comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained throughout our stay. * Food Quality: The culinary team did a wonderful job—the dishes served were consistently delicious and enjoyable. Areas for Improvement * Buffet Dining: During peak hours, the dining area felt quite chaotic and overcrowded. Better crowd management or streamlined seating arrangements during breakfast/dinner hours would greatly enhance the experience. * In-Room Dining: We experienced occasional delays with room service orders. A quicker response time for in-room requests would make a noticeable difference. Final Thoughts Despite these minor hiccups, our overall experience was truly delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort. We had an amazing 3-night stay at Taj Fort Aguada, and it exceeded all our expectations! The hospitality is truly at its best. Every staff member was incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The welcome during check-in was heartfelt and made us feel special from the moment we arrived. The resort offers breathtaking sea views from almost every corner. The Bayview Point is absolutely stunning and is a must-visit. The buffet spread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We had booked the Premium Sea View Suite with Private Terrace for 3 nights. The hotel pleasantly upgraded us to the Deluxe Sea View Suite for the first 2 nights. The Deluxe Suite is spacious, beautifully designed, and has modern interiors. However, the view from the Premium Sea View Suite is even more spectacular, so we shifted back to our originally booked room for the last night to enjoy those incredible sea views. My kid enjoyed a lot with the pool,rabbits and activities for kids in giggles. Loved the spa,steam and sauna. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to visit Taj Fort Aguada again!

Fabulous experience with the courteous team of Taj Fort Aguada and the property is beautiful and mesmerising. Since the entry I was a bit sceptical of my staycation at Taj fort Aguada, since it was my birthday, I wasn't sure if they'll meet up to the expectation at the very first instance . Eventually they surpassed my expectation , the whole staff was there for us , taking care of all that we wished to experience and have .The property is so well and beautifully designed, we didn't even for a minute could imagine this is the heritage 50 year old property . It is so beautiful, and the areas and the facilities in the property are so well kept . Special shout out to Ms.Alisa , the duty manager , she ensured that everything was far beyond the expectation . I had some small complaints of non attentiveness initially while checking in but she made it up so well that I could thank hee in words. I would also want to mention Mrs. Mahima for taking care of all our needs especially of my kids who are 3 yrs and 3 months old respectively , Also Mr. Gurvinder singh , Mr.Punya and the whole team of Paper moon is fantastic to have served us so well and recommend us what we wanted to in true sense. At SFX, Mr.Ramnath (If am not wrong in recalling his name ) is such a gem of a person , he made sure , we get the best of services... The property is beautiful and we truly had the incredibly beautiful experience that Taj has to offer , The Tajness - the best always... Thank you all of team Taj Fort Aguada again ...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our recent stay at Taj Fort Aguada, Goa was nothing short of exceptional. Having travelled to many luxury hotels, I can confidently say that what truly sets Taj apart is its people and their genuine passion for hospitality. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful service throughout our stay, every interaction made us feel valued. The property itself is beautiful, but it was the people who made our holiday truly unforgettable. A very special thank you to the Food & Beverage team. Every meal was an experience in itself—excellent quality, impeccable service, and incredible attention to detail. I would especially like to acknowledge Mr. Sujay, the F&B Director. It is rare to see a senior leader so approachable, humble, and personally involved in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. His dedication, leadership, and genuine care are reflected in every member of his team. He took the time to interact with guests, understand their preferences, and ensured everything was perfect. That personal touch made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team at Taj Fort Aguada for creating memories that my family and I will cherish for years to come. We are already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re planning a trip to Goa, this is the place to stay for outstanding hospitality and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Oh I had the best 3 nights 17th July to 20th July with my son! We booked in for my birthday and it was made memorable by TAJ! I am delighted I booked it and it had been the best birthday spent in a long time. The staff welcomed us with cake and gifts in our room. Our room was upgraded...then on my birthday the next day they got another cake and a 🎁 gift ! With musician playing melodious music. Staff, room , food and service all was top notch! Each staff imbibes the etos of values that Taj attaches with its legacy with. I couldn't have asked for more ....infact I recommend all to take this break on their special days with Taj. You can absolutely bank upon them for great memories.
