We had a wonderful two-night stay at Holiday Inn Resort, Cavelossim, Goa with my wife and daughter, and it turned out to be a truly memorable family getaway. The property itself is beautiful and expansive, with lush greenery and a very well-maintained, huge garden that adds to the serene atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights is the private access to Cavelossim Beach, which is clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing walks and family time. What really stood out for us was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was extremely welcoming, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and quality across meals. We especially appreciated how comfortable and family-friendly the overall environment was, making it easy to relax with our young daughter. A very special mention to the manager and housekeeping team for their incredibly thoughtful gesture. They had planned a small gift package with a soft toy and chocolates for our daughter, but since we had to check out early (by 9 am) to catch our flight, they couldn’t hand it over in person. To our surprise, the housekeeping team later messaged us and went out of their way to parcel the goodies all the way to Bangalore. This level of care and personal touch truly reflects their exceptional hospitality. Overall, it was a delightful stay and we left with beautiful memories. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing beachside resort in South Goa with warm service and a lovely ambiance. We would definitely love to visit again!

We stayed at Holiday Inn for a short trip to celebrate our daughter’s 2nd birthday. We absolutely loved the property — it’s very well maintained with lush greenery all around and a beautiful sea view. I would also like to appreciate the hospitality of all the staff. They surprised with the room upgrade and we got a huge suite with the ocean view. Everyone made sure we had a wonderful stay, especially by helping with baby food and arranging a cake along with the birthday greeting card, which was a lovely gesture. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely love to return again for a relaxed stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Goa. The property is beautifully maintained with direct access to one of the cleanest and best beaches in Goa, making it perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The lush green surroundings add to the serene atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to assist with a warm smile, which truly made our stay memorable. The food was delicious with a great variety at breakfast and dinner. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for families and friends looking to unwind by the beach. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to visit again. We stayed 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is very nice. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The buffet breakfast which was included had a good selection of hot and cold food, western and Indian. Something for everybody. The pool was lovely but too many shrieking children for it to be very relaxing. (Not the hotels fault). Food and drink in the hotel were tasty and reasonably priced. Direct access to Mobor beach which is very quiet. The rooms were pretty standard but the bed was super comfortable. Very powerful shower too. We particularly liked the cafe on the beachfront for a sundowner. I’d like to say thank you for the birthday cake and candles in the room. Such a nice gesture.

It's a budget 5 star hotel, don't expect too much. 1. All the staffs are not trained enough and they have lack of communications between the teams. Few restaurant staffs behaviour noticed unprofessional which has been escalated at GM level. 2. Hotel keeps the AC temperature fixed at 20 digree at rooms but inside room you will get around 22/23. In summer it is pathetic. 3. Be careful before you pay bills as they charged me more than what mentioned in menu card. So you need to find and after that they will correct. They done for me as well. I went to celebrate my anniversary trip for 3 nights but left the hotel after 2nd nights on anniversary day as don't want to spoil it. 1. They understood their gap and acknowledged their mistakes and helped to cancel my 3rd night that is definitely a positive side. 2. Breakfast is really good 3. Location is good too with a private beach.
