Despite a few initial gaps in communication, what truly stood out during our stay was the sincerity and dedication of the staff. During breakfast, a better heads-up on wait times would have helped, as we had to wait longer than expected for a table. A simple prior intimation or morning call could have made the experience much smoother. That said, managing a completely sold-out property is no easy task, and the team handled the pressure with remarkable commitment. While a bit more finesse and proactive communication would further elevate the guest experience, the warmth and effort of the staff more than made up for it. A special mention to the restaurant team: Vaman, Vinay, Shayan, Hlutei, Akshay, Treshden, and Sangi, who were consistently courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. Chef Anirudh was exceptional in understanding specific dietary needs, and Duty Manager Gaurav handled feedback with professionalism and genuine care. It was ultimately the people here who made our stay memorable.

Couldn't have chosen a better place for a family getaway. The kid loved the pool, while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms. The spa was a wonderful way to relax. The staff went out of their way to ensure we all had a great time.

Right from the entry gate, the security team welcomed us warmly with a “Namaste,” which made us feel special from the very beginning. The entire stay was excellent, with a very warm and smooth welcome from the front office team.The room and the comfort was definitely the best part of our stay, beautifully maintained and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were there for two days to celebrate our friend birthday, and the entire celebration was arranged so beautifully that it became truly memorable for all of us. A special mention to Bar Manager Vikash, and his entire team who was extremely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality made us feel perfectly overlooked our dining experiences through out. Also, kudos to the chef at Kebab and Curries, who personally came to welcome us and ensured we had an amazing dining experience. The food and service were exceptional.Madras Pavilion was another highlight of our stay, the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing! The Mysore dosa prepared by the chef was incredibly tasty and one of the best we’ve had. Special thanks to Sourav, Anurag, and the entire Madras Pavilion staff for being so warm and personally connected with us throughout our stay.It was a wonderful stay filled with great hospitality, delicious food, and memorable moments.

Food and ambience is good . Chef Anirudh has been exceptionally great and other staff too at pavilion restaurant . They made very delicious food and hospitality is amazing. Check-in and checkout has been smooth. Very clean and tidy. Best part is private beach and it’s safe too. Kids have many activities to keep themself engaged and they r fun too. Highly recommend

Our recent stay at the ITC Grand in South Goa was made truly exceptional by the incredible hospitality of the staff. While the property itself is stunning, it was the people who turned a great vacation into an unforgettable one. ​A massive thank you to Chef Subhash, whose culinary expertise was the highlight of our evenings. Every dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing authentic flavors that left us looking forward to every meal. ​We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Saphi and Tirtha for providing the best service we’ve ever experienced. ​Saphi went above and beyond as our host. She personally ensured my family was seated at the best, most peaceful table in the restaurant, allowing us to enjoy a quiet and beautiful dinner. Her attention to detail and warm personality made us feel incredibly welcome. ​What touched us the most was the care shown when my wife and 3-year-old daughter couldn't make it to the restaurant because my daughter was exhausted and sleepy. Saphi and Tirtha coordinated seamlessly to arrange a delicious dinner and even a complimentary dessert sent directly to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that allowed my family to rest while still enjoying the resort's amazing food. ​If you are visiting ITC Grand, look out for these three. They represent the gold standard of luxury service. We can’t wait to return!
