I had an exceptional stay at this hotel from the moment I arrived until check-out. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel's facilities, including the pool, spa, and fitness center, were impeccably maintained and added to the overall luxury experience. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by every member of the team. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Exceptional Hospitality & a Beautiful Beachfront Retreat Our stay at ITC Grand Goa was truly memorable. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush gardens, spacious rooms, a pristine beach, and a relaxing pool area. What stood out most was the genuine warmth of the staff—one evening, they noticed we were celebrating a special occasion and surprised us with a thoughtful dessert, making the experience feel extra special. The food was outstanding with plenty of variety, and every meal was a delight. The peaceful surroundings, excellent hospitality, and attention to detail made it easy to unwind. From morning walks on the tranquil beach to relaxing by the pool, every moment felt luxurious. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return to this beautiful resort.

Couldn't have chosen a better place for a family getaway. The kid loved the pool, while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms. The spa was a wonderful way to relax. The staff went out of their way to ensure we all had a great time.

⭐ Extremely disappointing service - a hotel living on its past reputation We visited ITC Grand Hyatt for a birthday dinner to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely poor from start to finish. We arrived around 7:00 PM and the restaurant was practically empty, yet we had to wait nearly 25 minutes just to be seated. During that time, there was no one attending to us, no water, no proactive communication, and no one seemed particularly interested in helping. Once we were seated, the service did not improve. There appeared to be only two service staff attending to a very large dining area, and getting anyone’s attention was a challenge. The most bizarre part was when we requested a simple cake and candle for my daughter’s birthday. We were told that a candle could not be placed on the cake because there was a fire alarm in the restaurant. This explanation was particularly difficult to understand given that the restaurant has a live kitchen with high-heat cooking and pans being used right in front of guests. When I asked about the fire alarm and looked around, the explanation simply did not make sense. Even a basic birthday celebration for a child seemed to be an inconvenience. The guest washroom was another disappointment. It was poorly maintained, had an unpleasant smell, and appeared to also be used by staff. To make matters worse, while I was entering the washroom, a member of the staff physically pushed past me to enter the washroom. That is simply not the level of hospitality one expects from a premium hotel. Eventually, we decided that there was no point continuing with dinner and told the staff that we were leaving. Only then did someone come over and ask us to wait while they checked with management to see if something could be done. By that point, however, the experience had already been so poor that we had completely lost the appetite and willingness to stay. What disappointed me most was not one isolated incident. It was the complete lack of ownership and basic hospitality throughout the experience. This is a large, premium property that seems to be relying heavily on the reputation and brand equity it built in the past. Unfortunately, the service experience today does not reflect that reputation. The charm may still be there, but the service standards clearly aren’t. I would not recommend visiting this property based on my experience. People may continue to come because of the ITC brand and what it represented historically, but the service quality we experienced was nowhere close to what one would expect from a premium luxury hotel.

Right from the entry gate, the security team welcomed us warmly with a “Namaste,” which made us feel special from the very beginning. The entire stay was excellent, with a very warm and smooth welcome from the front office team.The room and the comfort was definitely the best part of our stay, beautifully maintained and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were there for two days to celebrate our friend birthday, and the entire celebration was arranged so beautifully that it became truly memorable for all of us. A special mention to Bar Manager Vikash, and his entire team who was extremely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality made us feel perfectly overlooked our dining experiences through out. Also, kudos to the chef at Kebab and Curries, who personally came to welcome us and ensured we had an amazing dining experience. The food and service were exceptional.Madras Pavilion was another highlight of our stay, the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing! The Mysore dosa prepared by the chef was incredibly tasty and one of the best we’ve had. Special thanks to Sourav, Anurag, and the entire Madras Pavilion staff for being so warm and personally connected with us throughout our stay.It was a wonderful stay filled with great hospitality, delicious food, and memorable moments.
