A disappointing experience, specially when you are on a holiday with family and friends. We had booked based on the brochure and marketing pitch. The actual place wasn't anything like what we expected a Resort & Spa. The hotel is almost 15 years old; rooms were basic. The staff was working overtime to make sure that the guests are comfortable. Special mention of the young team in the restaurant who tried their best. The chef was personally visiting the table to offer anything that the guests might need. They were compensating for the management's lack of involvement, maybe. The place needs refurbishment owing to the competition around the area. This hotel has no special physical features like Beaches, Hills, other natural features. The beach is close by; walking distance but the weather doesn't permit in July. The resort has to up the game to charge premium and encourage revisits. I visited thrice since then but didn't stay here

The rooms feel dated. The maintenance is not top notch. The floors don’t feel inviting. They are all faded. Same with the walls inside the rooms. When we were staying, half the hotel access was not there due to ongoing renovation. Its wasnt pleasant for someone staying there. There was also some noise due to that renovation work. Access to nearby places is good.

We had an amazing stay at here. The location is perfect, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. A special thanks to Moumita and Anu, Nathan Paresh for taking such good care of us throughout our stay.

I am Accor platinum, stayed extensively in Accor properties. By and large, I had a good experience with Accor group, they deliver what they commit. This Novotel was disappointment from the word go. First the rooms - it is advertised as 62 sq mt. By no way, it is 62 sq mt. It is duplex but very cramped room. We actually felt very claustrophobic there. Then rooms were old, balcony was never cleared (I actually made video and showed to housekeeping). Then load of teething issues : WiFi took 2 hours to work, lot of noise from adjoining room which took 3 phones to Frontdesk and even then not resolved. I had 2 bookings : one of 2 days and one of 1 day. I promptly cancelled 3rd day booking. Front office staff was actually nice and they were trying to solve the issue. But when base product itself is so bad, you can't put much bandaid on it. By no standards, this property should claim themselves as 5 star. Though rates are also not of 5 star, but they are advertising incorrectly. Only saving grace was breakfast, which was delicious and staff again was prompt. But would definately not be staying here again.
