Stayed at Grand Hyatt as a part of wedding celebrations and the experience was magnificent. Right from the word go - the service was spot on and immaculate. The staff was ever smiling and courteous. The location is also beautiful and overlooks the Bambolim Bay and one can experience the calm of the sea sitting by the benches. The food spread was great and tasted decent - not the typical Indian masaledaar taste. Overall a great place to unwind and relax for a couple of days.

We stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa over the weekend for a family holiday, and overall, it was a memorable experience with a few hiccups along the way. The check-in process was a bit unorganized and took quite a while. We had to wait in an open, non-air-conditioned area while the staff seemed to be juggling a large number of guests. It felt a bit chaotic at the start. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though they clearly showed signs of frequent use. We requested an extra bed for our son, which unfortunately had bed bugs — something we only discovered on our last day. The buffet experience was hectic. The live counters often missed orders, and with kids, the waiting and constant follow-ups became tiring. The food itself was good, but the dining experience could’ve been smoother with better coordination. On the positive side, the facilities were fantastic. There was plenty to do for the kids, and the pool was easily one of the best we’ve experienced in Goa. The service staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Even with some challenges, their attitude made a big difference. We didn’t get the chance to report the bed bug issue due to time constraints, but overall, the hospitality was impressive. In summary, Grand Hyatt Goa is a beautiful property with great amenities and genuinely warm staff. They do seem a bit understaffed, which affects efficiency during busy weekends, but it’s still a wonderful place for a family getaway. I’d definitely recommend it and would consider returning — hopefully on a quieter weekend.

Would rate it negative if i could. 3rd stay since 2017. Was given room 6214 upon asking quiet room away from stairs and was given this room bang opposite the stairs which has noise both from stairwell and from the balcony which has a construction site on right side n barely any view. Next day i asked my room to be changed. Left for work early morning and they transfered my suitcase to room 6210 which they said would be fine. Returned to the room at 1230 am at night and AC not working! Apparently multiple rooms had same issue on 6th block. They said some engineering issue in the back end that was unresolvable No sleep. Horrible check in experience. They delayed the check in and put me in 6214 which is the shittiest room with no view and construction happening on right side. Then on the night that my room wasn’t having ac they moved me back to 6214 as only that rooms ac worked. They made me prepay for the booking at time of checking in. With this hotel never do that. They must refund u for substandard service delivered. The staff at breakfast was also bad. We were six people on a table and barely any service. Then later things we didnt order that kept getting sent to our table! On the night that ac wasn’t working no one would answer reception call. If i didnt have the duty managers number i would have just rotted there. Dinner order in room service- delayed an items missing. It could not be worse. Absolutely pathetic run down place that does not deserve ur time. Go someplace else. This place is not worth it.

Absolutely stunning! The Grand Majestic offered an impeccable experience. From the seamless check-in to the breathtaking pool views and world-class dining, every detail was perfect. The service was discreet yet incredibly attentive. A truly luxurious and memorable five-star stay. Highly recommended! Sayantani was simply excellent. Always attentive, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect, comfortable stay.

Great resort. The foods are delicious at all restaurants i.e. The Dining Room, Chulha, Asian Wok and The Verandah. Pool accessible room was great. The Shamana spa was also good especially the combination of Steam, sauna and jacuzzi. Must visit.
