Absolutely great hotel and amenities. The staff first class, from arriving at reception and all through our two week stay they provided a great service. The room was spacious and well equipped with a daily cleaning service if required. The pool and Bar areas were absolutely great and always a pleasure to go to. In over 25 years of going to Tenerife this was our first time in this hotel and was definitely our most enjoyable stay. We shall definitely be returning here.

We loved our time here! The reception area is stunning and the room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly. We loved chilling by the pool and the gentleman that ran the poolside activities was a real highlight (bingo, archery, rifle shooting). There was also no battle for poolside loungers, there was always space. Breakfast was incredible too! And on until 12, so no rush in then morning. Location is great - close to shops, bars, restaurants, and the beachfront. An incredible hotel!!!

Stayed here for 5 nights in May for our ‘baby moon’. Great and clean hotel and room, staff were also brilliant. We upgraded to the UP terrace for two of the hottest days of our stay and it was beautiful - great loungers / views / pools / drinks and snacks. Excellent location only 7 ish mins walk to the golden mile with loads of restaurant/bars etc if you want a bit of atmosphere. Also, only 30ish mins from the airport. Would definitely return!

Really enjoyed our stay here, it felt so luxurious. Breakfast was so so good with loads of options (even proper English bacon 😄). We stayed as 3 adults and got a really spacious room with an extra area and loads of storage felt like we got lucky with that! Pool area was great, always plenty of loungers so no need to wake up early to reserve one. One pool is heated which was nice. Spa staff were lovely and the gym was really good too. Only small downside was a bit of noise from building work, but it didn’t bother us much. Location is amazing, super central, and the free airport transfer for our 7-night stay was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again!

5★ – Hotel Vulcano exclusive UP experience with private rooftop, Adult only sun terrace by day with amazing views, endless pool, jacuzzi, all inclusive service followed by outstanding tasting menu at private dining 6 course meal by night. Loved every course of the “Eat & Fit” menu! The pumpkin cream soup with crispy shrimp was rich and comforting, the mini salad with goats cheese, guava and candied walnuts was fresh and vibrant, (my favourite) and the spiced cod with colourful salsa and saffron sauce was cooked to perfection. Followed by palate cleansing mango sorbet, then Beef ravioli and canary mash was succulent and creamy. Finally sweet and fruity the pistachio ingot with crumble base was beautiful. All absolutely delicious. Everything arrived on stunning plates, portions were generous, and it’s brilliant they use MSC-certified sustainable seafood. Warm service and elegant setting made it special. Highly recommended — can’t wait until we go back! Special mention for the best staff, for such polite, attentive service from our waiter Pedro serving such an amazing meal from top Chef Louis, supported by Manager Sebastian.
