⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Hotel – One of the Best We’ve Stayed In We are currently staying at this hotel and all I can say is wow – well done to everyone involved. Having stayed at many well-known hotels across Lanzarote, Tenerife and mainland Spain, I can honestly say this hotel ranks among the very best. The attention to detail is exceptional, and the entire resort is kept immaculate. Every member of staff deserves recognition. From the housekeeping team who keep the rooms and grounds spotless, to the poolside staff, bar staff and restaurant team, everyone is friendly, welcoming and genuinely works hard to make guests feel valued. The food has been a real highlight. As someone who can be quite fussy when it comes to food, I have been genuinely impressed by both the quality and variety available. There is something for everyone, and every meal has exceeded expectations. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is relaxed, professional and inviting. It’s clear that the whole team takes great pride in what they do. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday.

I would like to say I had an incredible time at this hotel. It’s everything they have in the description and more. The all inclusive is a proper one with good drinks and the food is absolutely amazing. The best thing by far is how good the staff were and I would like to give a special shoutout to the entertainers who made the stay what it was. A special shoutout to some of the entertainers including Marina, Cris, Andrea and Candy. They were absolutely brilliant and you would not be bored with all the activities and the fun they bring to them. I would fully recommend this hotel and I will be back in the near future.

What a fantastic week we have had at the Sentida Lanzarote Suites. This was our first family holiday with our twin girls and it’s been a brilliant experience from start to finish. The hotel is everything we wanted. The rooms were perfect - cleaning was to a high standard and everything we needed was there. Food - there was something for all of us, not a single day was there nothing anyone could eat. There was a good variety in the main restaurant and the snack bar gave a seperate option and was great for the kids out of the restaurant hours. Kids Club - we asked our girls what they wanted to do and they repeatedly asked to go to the kids club - counting down the time between its opening because they wanted to go back and play there more! Emilia and Candy have been absolutely fabulous. The girls have made such a good bond with them and they always provided a fun and happy experience. The timings of the programme also gave us a break and allowed us to have family time as well as time on our own to use the adult only facilities. The evening disco was at the kids club location and we found this such a good experience because it was a space they were familiar with and felt they could be themselves. The animacion team have been great, tirelessly working to give options and a good show. Angela, Cristina and Andrea really shone out going the extra mile to get to know us all especially after seeing the girls at the kids club and then greeting them everytime they saw them around the hotel resort. Overall, we have had a great time and will definitely look at returning. Would highly recommend to anyone with children or without.

We don’t normally stay in hotels- so staying here and staying all inclusive was a real change for us! The rooms were spacious and well equipped with all you need. There was a huge variety of food on offer- and when to have churros for breakfast you know it’s going to be a good holiday!! The hotel is very family orientated with pool and kids activities during the day and entertainment in the evenings. We got to know the staff well during our stay and they were so kind and helpful. Svan was so good with my children and we all had lots of fun with the aqua gym and water basketball. We have all said that it was a fantastic place and would definitely be back! Thank you

A most enjoyable experience with high levels of cleanliness, friendly helpful and professional staff across all professions. Our suite was cleaned 3 times in seven days and was always done to a high standard. We are in the adults only restaurant and found food of good quality most of the time and again well organised and constantly cleaned. The location was fine for us and the complex caters for couples, families and individuals. The maintenance staff(although busy) were still polite, friendly and helpful. We would be more than happy to return in future and would recommend to our friends.
