I recently stayed at this hotel and could not fault it one bit. The place is immaculate and they are constantly cleaning. There is also plastic containers for your drink cups/plates to go so nothing is left lying around which i particularly liked. We stayed in a junior suite across from the splash park which was ideal for my 11 month old and found the rooms to be a great size with everything you need the fridge could be slightly better but this is always the same when travelling abroad. The animation team are great and really go above and beyond for the kids, my 10 year old had a fantastic time with a special mention to christina who made her feel extra special!! We are very fussy eaters and always found something to eat most nights and the food was always very good quality. All in all I would definitely return to this hotel and had an amazing holiday

Absolutely wonderful stay! Highly recommend the hotel. We were lucky enough to stay facing the Bubbles splash pool, and what a difference it made to our stay with having young children. They absolutely loved it,made so many friends and we felt we could relax whilst they were having fun. We spent the majority of the week there,it was perfect! Food was really lovely! Rooms were great. Location is perfect, short distance to beach and restaurants. The staff were so friendly with our children, couldn't fault anything. I would say the hotel caters for everyone regarding entertainment. Theatre with shows, live music in terrace garden, outdoor cinema, mini disco, adult only bars and restaurants. The whole place is kept immaculate and there is a beautiful calm relaxing atmosphere. I wouldn't hesitate to return! Thanks so much!

Amazing experience at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly, attentive, and professional staff who made our family holiday truly enjoyable. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere and high level of hospitality. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay and exceptional service. We had some issues with the AC in one of the rooms and Francesco customer experience manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Every time I spoke with him I felt he listened and genuinely tried to do all he could and honestly we travel all over the world and must say this guy is an asset to the hotel. Yes we will be back and all four of us felt that way.

I’ve honestly never left a review for anywhere before, so the fact I’m writing this says everything. From the moment we arrived at SENTIDO Æquora Lanzarote Suites, we felt so welcome. The biggest reason we’re leaving with such incredible memories is the amazing animation team. A huge thank you to Christina, Anna, Rose, Emilie, Ali and the rest of the team for making our daughter’s very first holiday so special. From the kids’ club to the mini disco every evening and all of the entertainment throughout the day, they were absolutely unbelievable. I genuinely don’t know where they get their energy! They made every child feel so important and created memories that our daughter, and we as parents, will never forget. The bar and restaurant staff were just as fantastic. Every single person was so friendly, welcoming and always made such a fuss of the children. It really felt like the kids were the stars of the show every time we walked in. What stood out most was how personal everything felt. Simply walking around the hotel, members of staff and the animation team would either know our daughter’s name or stop to give her a high five. Those little moments made such a difference and created such a warm, family atmosphere. A special thank you also to the housekeeping team. We had moved our daughter’s pull-out bed beside the sofa to stop her rolling out during the night. Without us even asking, they fitted a bed guard for her. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Every time we came back to the room it was spotless. It genuinely felt like walking into a brand-new room. We honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff are what make it so special. Our daughter has come home with the most amazing memories from her first holiday, and so have we. We already can’t wait to come back. Thank you all for making our holiday so unforgettable.

I recently stayed at Hotel Aequora in Lanzarote with my mum and brother. The hotel is in a great location, only a short drive from Arrecife Airport and within easy walking distance of the beach, local shops and bars. When we arrived, the check-in queue was quite long, so there was a bit of a wait. However, once we reached the desk, the staff were friendly and efficient. We were checked in quickly, given a map of the resort and asked whether we needed help with our luggage. At the time we thought we’d be fine, but once we reached our room we understood why they had asked. Our initial room was on the second floor and could only be accessed via several flights of narrow concrete stairs with no handrail or lift. My 67-year-old mum really struggled with the stairs, and I found carrying my 22kg suitcase up them difficult too. Jet2 does state that some room types are accessed by stairs, but until you’re allocated a room at check-in, you have no idea how many stairs there will be. We noticed other rooms had fewer steps and handrails, which would have been much more suitable. We spoke to reception shortly after checking in to explain the situation, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They asked us to return after breakfast the following morning and, as promised, moved us to a ground-floor room overlooking the adults-only pool. It came with a terrace and sunbeds, making it much easier for my mum to get around and much more enjoyable for us all. We really appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue. The hotel has four pools with plenty of sunbeds available. There are two buffet restaurants – an adults-only restaurant and a larger family restaurant. We were allocated a one-hour dining slot in the larger restaurant, which worked well to prevent overcrowding. We stayed on a half-board basis. The food was generally good with plenty of choice: freshly cooked meat from the show grill, pizza, pasta, chips, vegetables, paella, salads, breads, plus cakes, fruit and ice cream each evening. After a week, dinner did become a little repetitive, but there was always something nice to eat. One thing that surprised us was that even water had to be paid for with dinner. We completely understand paying for soft drinks and alcohol, but complimentary water with meals would have been appreciated. Drinks were recorded throughout the stay and added to the bill at the end, although this wasn’t explained to us during check-in, so we were initially unsure how payment worked. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful. At check-in we completed a card stating how often we’d like our room cleaned. Unfortunately, after changing rooms, it seemed this information hadn’t been passed to housekeeping. By Wednesday, having arrived on Saturday, our room still hadn’t been serviced and we were running low on toilet roll. After mentioning it to reception, the issue was sorted immediately and the room was cleaned daily from then on. The resort itself is quite large and spread out, so it took us a little while to get our bearings. There are also a lot of stairs across the complex, so I would definitely recommend that anyone with mobility issues requests a ground-floor room when booking or contacts the hotel in advance. The bars on site were lovely, and we thought the cocktails were actually better than those in some of the nearby bars outside the hotel. Overall, we had a really enjoyable holiday. There were a few hiccups, but every issue we raised was dealt with quickly and professionally by the friendly, attentive staff. The location is excellent, the facilities are great, and with the right room allocation, we’d happily consider staying again.
