We just had a wonderful week at Hotel Beatriz! Our room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was incredibly friendly. The pools were nice. We were all-inclusive (and with growing teenagers that really helps). The food was delicious, something for everyone. What I wish we would have realized sooner about the buffet is that there's a whole other part in another room. A walk to the beach is not far. A beautiful hotel inside amd we absolutely didn't want to leave.

Not the best hotel the food was terrible just nothing really enjoyable. Breakfast was your standard full English but all the meat was horrible. Lunch was nothing special just bread, cheeses and hams, odds and soda with chips. And dinner most nights was a random selection of just about edible food. They have a grill section for steak chicken and fish which had no taste, was dry and chewy. The rooms were okay, very dated but clean and tidy. Cleaners were keen to keep clean. The pool was really enjoyable nice a big with a deep and shallow end. The staff for the most part were friendly however a couple bartenders were quite rude/moody. Drinks were decent nothing special. The evening shows were nothing special, 2 of the nights were alright with an acrobatics show and an African dance type of show. The hotel itself was in a decent area with a cab down the road to a load of restaurants, shops, markets and the beach costing between €4-€6. If you ask reception for a cab they’ll book one and arrives within 5 minutes. Overall an okay hotel if you can get it cheap enough however we ended up eating out for dinner 4 of the nights due to not wanting ti eat the hotels dinner.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended! Everything was great! We loved the beautiful, clean rooms and the delicious food. A special thanks to the bartenders — they are very friendly and professional. Regarding the location, it is not right on the coast, but it is only a 10-minute walk to the sea, which is very convenient. Also, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the beach that runs on a schedule, which is a huge bonus if you don't want to walk. The only downside is the behavior of some guests, not the hotel itself. It ruins the atmosphere when people come straight from the pool into the restaurant for lunch wet and wrapped in towels, leaving the chairs soaked. When you come dressed nicely, you have to look closely at where you sit. I think the hotel should implement a dress code and not allow people in wet swimwear into the dining area. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return!

A special thank you to Christina and the amazing entertainment team We stayed at Hotel Beatriz Costa & Spa in Lanzarote, and although there were a few things about the hotel that could be improved, one thing made our holiday truly special — the incredible entertainment team, especially Christina. It has been a month since we returned home, and we realised we still hadn’t written our review because we wanted to make sure we gave a special mention to someone who made such a big impression on our family. Christina, this review is especially for you. From the moment we met you, we could see how much passion, energy and love you put into your work. You don’t just do a job — you put your heart and soul into making sure guests have a wonderful time. Your smile, kindness and enthusiasm were noticed every single day. Our daughter absolutely loved you. In fact, she became so attached that she was already planning how we could take you home with us! She kept asking if you could come back with us, which shows just how much of an impact you made on her. You created beautiful memories for her that she will remember for a long time. The entertainment programme was fantastic. Every evening there was something different and enjoyable for everyone — from flamenco nights, tango, magic shows and 80s nights, to the children’s disco that our daughter absolutely loved. The whole team brought so much fun and happiness to the hotel every day. A special thank you also to Chloe, Remi, and the lovely new member of the team who joined shortly before we left (I’m sorry, I forgot his name). You are all amazing and a real credit to the hotel. Our room was a little outdated but clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom could have been much better, as we found hair, chewing gum and some dirty belongings left behind from previous guests. However, despite this, we would honestly return to this hotel because of the people, especially Christina and the entertainment team. Christina, you are a huge asset to Hotel Beatriz Costa & Spa. If you ever move to another hotel, please let us know, because when we return to Lanzarote, we would love to stay somewhere where you are bringing joy to guests. Thank you for everything you did for our family. We miss you all and will definitely be back because of you. Please give our love and best wishes to Chloe, Remi and the whole team. Overall, I would describe this as a neutral experience. The rooms we stayed in are quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The location is decent, and the food is very basic, with limited variety day to day. The entertainment also needs improvement — it felt quite outdated, almost like events from the 1990s. However, the hotel’s interior is very nice, with impressive palm trees and plants hanging from the balconies, which creates a unique and pleasant atmosphere. one think was disappoint the spa and internal pool wasn't working when we got there ,but during the booking this want mention anywhere The staff work very hard to engage and entertain guests. A special mention to Valentine, Cloe, and the other young lady on the team for their efforts — they really do try their best. Considering the price, this hotel offers a good option for families who may not be able to afford a more luxury or VIP-level stay. So overall, this is not a negative review, but a neutral one. I wish the team the best with any future refurbishment work. Thank you for having us — we look forward to seeing improvements and possibly returning in the future.
