We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making our visit very pleasant. A special thank you to Carol, who gave us fantastic service last night. She was always kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm attitude and professionalism made a real difference to our experience. Thank you, Carol, for making our stay even more enjoyable! Room 106

Stayed here 3 other times then this year we had a total of 20 cockroch in are room over seven days they put in 10 bait boxes in a one bedroom apartment i had to remove dead ones every day and clean the floors crawling over the work service all I got from them was a bottle of wine we moved out the night before we came home just to get some sleep. Never again the staff at the desk did not care found out today from jet2 they will not take responsibility on our terrible 2 weeks hoilday was due to go back in September this year counciled it lost my deposit after we left the fumigated the apartment I say know more.

This was a fantastic hotel for us as a couple with a young child. Having him sleep in a separate room was great, as was being able to prepare our own meals in the kitchen. We received a free room upgrade to a two bed from a one bed apartment, which was super kind of the receptionist. There is one aircon unit in the living room but not in the bedrooms so we opened the windows at night. The onsite laundrette was a lifesaver. There are two large salt water pools, and an onsite shop for water and ice creams. All of the staff are super nice. We were self catered so only ate in the hotel restaurant on arrival and didn't like the food. The beach is 5 mins walk as are a number of Irish pubs - the Auld Triangle serves the best quality food. There's a good mini golf a taxi ride away in Puerto de Carmen.

Really nice hotel. Stayed b&b and the breakfasts were really good. Rooms were brilliant, clean throughout. Staff excellent. Location of the hotel is decent - near the airport. Decent restaurants nearby but need a bus/ taxi (around £5) to get to the centre of Puerto Del Carmen

Just home from a lovely relaxing break at our favourite Costa Sal Apartments. Friendly staff, lovely to see Rosy again, hi to the whole reception team, thanks for helping so much to Julian?? Sorry couldn't see badge without specs! Christina and Greg in the restaurant, so friendly and helpful, ensured I gad gluten-free food and Christina went over and above to find extra nice things for me. GRACIAS CHRISTINA! Beautiful warm pool!! Awesome huge pool towels, massive rooms, comfy beds, accessible room on first level, as requested balcony overlooking the road and distant mountains, lovely and private. Can't wait to go back next year!
