Large complex with one bedroom apartments. The apartments are clean but are a little tired - the beds were comfortable. The pools are nice and some of them are heated. We found the place to be quiet and we slept well each night. The breakfast has lots of options, and the food quality was average. It’s a good value place to be, with a great location and lots of pools and activities. You’re not too far from the beach (20-25 mins walk) too.

Great hotel for children. Small heated pools but splash park and slide pools were cold in April. Good kids club and free disco with adult entertainment after. Reasonable walk to beach and souvenir shops but shuttle bus leaves each day to beach. Food is good with lots to choose from. We upgraded to half board plus which was worth it. An Aldi 50 metres away if you want self catering. Get a card for back gate for 10 euros..refundable..which gives easier access to beach etc.

Came here to visit lanzarote for the first time and had a great stay. Had 1 bedroom interlinked apartments, rooms were spotless. We went self catering with the plan to eat out so was perfect for us. Staff were all welcoming and friendly, cleaners were lovely. Pool at bottom of our apartment was heated. It was my birthday and the staff left a card and bottle of wine in my room which was a really lovely surprise and I appreciated the special touch. I would return again, thank you

This is a very good resort hotel. The grounds and room layout are very large with each group of rooms having its own pool as well as the large main one. The breakfast is excellent. Sets you up for the day. There is an outside bar by the pool and an indoor sports bar in the evening. The staff and management are excellent :helpful and considerate. I had a bottle of cava in our room for my birthday and we had a handwritten letter of thanks for a review. It's a 5euro taxi ride to the town and taxis are plentiful.

Very nice for kids,but not all water playgrounds was open. Very cold water at the pools. (Not heating) At the room air conditioner was warming not cooling. Was dificult to sleep at nights… Can’t open the windows because of mosquitos. Wasn’t able to check out 1 h. later.. 6 year old girl stuck in the publick toilet by the pools beacause the handle of the doors stucked. (Couldn’t open the door and not beacause of lock,but because of old handle) We waited more than 30 min to let her out.. Well i think it’s nice hotel for price we paid,but very old,need renovation ..Animation for kids was very poor.. every day the same and instead of 1 h .ir was only 20~30 min. The coctails to sweet to drink because off sirup ,that they call juice..
