We stayed for a week and had a great time. It has some relatively unique features which we really enjoyed like the many smaller pools as well as the big ones with kids slides and adults only 50m one. It means you get a bit of everything depending on your mood and the private smaller pools felt like you almost had your own pool. The grounds were also really nice with the many lush trees, some friendly cats (!) and lake of coy carp being really nice to walk around. The nearby beach was one of the best for families we’ve found on the canaries. The walk to the beach was fine at about 10-15m or the shuttle bus can get you there and back if preferred. The staff were also all very nice. Other aspects of the hotel were all very adequate if not amazing but really good value for money and we loved it.

Lovely place very clean and well looked after. Food great. Half the staff we found to be quite rude particularly the bartender in the entertainment venue, could not be less interested in serving kids drinks despite there being a kids disco on. Rushed by staff when having breakfast and dinner as we were told the incorrect closing times (wrong times on the leaflet we were given too). Reception took too long to book in after a long journey. Pools great. Location ok, not a great walk to the beach as main roads, but the free bus handy

We had a fantastic long stay here. We were concerned about negative reviews about the food, but its been hands down the best selection and best cooked all inclusive we've had the pleasure to enjoy to date. Pools, gardens and all areas were well kept and maintained. The staff were all very friendly, especially at the buffet. Our kids had a great time in the pools, spent loads of time going down the slides and at the pool activities. We only could manage one evening of the entertainment, which was the acrobat trio which was a great show, mix of comedy and awesome feats of strength and balance!

First visit to this resort and we arrived with a warm welcome however upon being directed to our room it was not prepared for a family of 4, not cleaned as there was hairs in the bath and sink with dirty sides and dirty cutlery. We were moved to another room however we now have ants 3 days into this holiday. When complaining to reception about the ants the reception team was quite rude. Other than the above the location is lovely if just perhaps try another hotel or resort.

The good, bad and the ugly is a perfect summary of this hotel. The hotel has good facilities with lots of space and pools. The main pool is unheated and cold but the smaller pools around the complex are heated and great. If you get a room make sure you get a pool room on the ground floor. The kids just loved walking out and jumping in the pool. The bad part is the cleanliness and condition of the rooms are really poor. Ours was pretty grim in places but we knew it wouldn't be 5 star but still basic cleaning was lacking. Such a shame. Our room did smell really bad from somewhere but we paid the price for a good location near the pool. The place is dated in places so be warned the rooms are 2 or 3 star at best. Wouldn't stay here again but for the right price and you don't mind cleaning the room yourself.....heck there is worse out there......just don't think it's 4*...miles away.
