Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. We truly had a wonderful experience. We would definitely return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights and will absolutely come back when we visit Bangkok again. Very modern, spacious and clean room. Kind and helpful staff. Just removed enough from the hubbub that it is not loud outside, but remaining very accessible to Terminal 21 and restaurants/shops. The pool was nice and the buffet breakfast was also a highlight with a huge selection of food and drinks! Thank you Samala for a lovely stay!

Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were clean. The King room was relatively small compared to other hotels in the same category. The breakfast selection changed daily. While the food was enjoyable, the overall quality did not quite meet the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. The rooftop pool is beautiful, fewer sun beds as it’s a small space. 10 min walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall, I used their shuttle service too.

The rooms are genuinely beautiful, spacious, and modernly designed, and the hotel overall has a very nice atmosphere. However, we were disappointed with one thing. From the beginning, including in our booking preferences, we specifically requested a room on a higher floor with a view. At check-in, we were told that we had received a “room upgrade,” which initially sounded great, so we didn’t question it much. But when we entered the room (floor 2), it honestly felt like it was in a basement. There was no real view at all, only a wall and artificial greenery outside the window. I personally felt uncomfortable the entire time, almost like being inside a ship cabin. We immediately requested a room change, and thankfully the next day we received the type of room we had originally asked for. That room was excellent, with a lovely view who completely changed our impression of the stay. Aside from that issue, the rooms are truly very nice, clean, spacious, and modern. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was average in my opinion, nothing particularly memorable, but still decent enough.

Free upgrade of the room, very clean and spacious. Nice with amenities, and staff is very kind and helpful. They also have a concierge who held our luggage after check out as our flight didn't |eave later afternoon. Breakfast was alright, but not for those who follow specific diets as it doesn't specify allergies (gluten, milk.. Location is superb as it's close to a large 7-11, bars and pubs, lots of restaurants and an amazing massage place just a block away. Bed is alittle bit hard to my standards, would love for something softer. Didn't affect my sleep much though,
