Lovely hotel just off Sukhimvit. The location could not be better. It is a short walk to loads of bars and restaurants but because it is located in a small alley off the street, it is lovely and quiet. A real oasis of calm. The room was nice, comfortable bed, and good shower. Great breakfast also and 2-for-1 drinks at happy hour in the bar every day. Only negative was in relation to the bathroom - Sliding door foir one which does not allow for that much privacy but the real issue was that there was a translucent panel between the bathroom and the bedroom. While this was opaque (in that you couldn't see anything through it), it let all the light through, so that if the lights were off in the bedroom and one person got up to use the facilities during the night, turning on the bathroom light, lit up the whole bedroom. Not sure why this was a design choice but not the only bathroom we encountered in Thailand with interesting bathroom set-ups!! But, would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful experience at Ad Lib Bangkok. The entire staff provided top-tier, excellent service with genuine smiles. The food was spectacular, and the service was beyond amazing. I also love that they are pet-friendly! The hotel is beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and has a fantastic atmosphere. It’s perfect in every way. I will definitely be back!🐾

Beautiful hotel in a secluded spot directly off the bustling street. Great facilities in a lovely building. Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast great coffee. Spotless gym and pool on the roof. Compact but beautifully designed, comfortable rooms.

After traveling to 42 countries and staying in countless hotels around the world, I can honestly say that Ad Lib Hotel Bangkok is the best hotel I have ever experienced. I originally booked this hotel because it is located close to the hospital where I had surgery. I expected convenience—but what I found was absolute perfection. From the moment you arrive, you feel the difference. The entire team is incredibly warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Whether it’s a special request or a modification to a meal, everything is handled with a smile and a genuine desire to make your stay perfect. The hotel itself is breathtaking. The architecture and interior design are beautiful, elegant, and timeless. The lobby, with its magnificent central tree, lush tropical plants, and abundance of real greenery, feels like a peaceful oasis hidden in the heart of Bangkok. Everything is immaculately clean. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and spotless, while housekeeping does an exceptional job every single day. The entire property is maintained to an incredibly high standard. The swimming pool is absolutely gorgeous—peaceful, beautifully designed, and just like the rest of the hotel, impeccably clean. It is the perfect place to relax after exploring Bangkok. The food deserves a special mention. Every dish I tried was outstanding, and the chefs are operating at what I would describe as near Michelin-star level. The quality, presentation, and flavors are exceptional. The breakfast is, without question, the best hotel breakfast I have ever had anywhere in the world. I genuinely looked forward to it every morning. The complimentary snacks available throughout the day are another wonderful touch that shows how much this hotel cares about its guests. After visiting so many countries and hotels, it is incredibly rare to find a place where everything is outstanding: the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness, the food, the pool, the design, the atmosphere, and the attention to every little detail. Whether you are visiting Bangkok for business, a holiday, or even for medical treatment as I did, look no further. This is the place to stay. Thank you to the entire Ad Lib Hotel team for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely return, and I recommend this hotel to everyone without the slightest hesitation. 10/10.
