Had a fantastic stay at Rembrandt Residences Bangkok! The location was honestly perfect — just a short walk from BTS Asok and Sukhumvit MRT, making it super convenient to explore the city. One of the best parts was that the hotel is tucked away in a quiet street, so despite being in the heart of Bangkok, the evenings were peaceful and relaxing. We were also very grateful to receive an early check-in at 11 am even though the official check-in time was 2 pm. The receptionists were incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you as well for the beautiful flower arrangements I had requested for our anniversary celebration — it truly made the occasion feel memorable and extra special. We stayed on the 27th floor and the city view was absolutely stunning at night. The room itself was huge, with a spacious hall, separate bedroom, and very comfortable beds that made the stay even better. A very special thanks to KREM from room service — he did an outstanding job throughout all 4 days of our stay. The room was always spotless, towels were fresh, and water bottles and tissues were constantly restocked without us even asking. Truly one of the most hardworking and attentive staff members we’ve come across. Thank you, KREM, for making our stay extra comfortable! Only one small downside was that the bathroom water heater wasn’t working properly, so getting a proper hot shower was a bit difficult. Apart from that, everything else was absolutely fabulous. Would definitely love to stay here again on our next Bangkok trip!

The property is dated, and our room was particularly not as advertised. However, when I asked them to change the room, we were given a room on the 19th floor which was newly renovated. They also gave us a cake as they overheard it was my daughter's birthday, and that brought a smile to my face. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast has a massive spread, and they also accommodated a late check-out. The location is fantastic, and overall it was a great experience.

Hotel and staff are very nice and accommodating, location is close to lots of food shops and a mall. Breakfast thats included is very good. Tang our room cleaner is very good and flexible as we were in the room for long times and they would come and clean in the evening when we would be gone. The only small issue I had was the bed was just a little too hard for me. Other than that everything was great and I would stay here again.

We stayed at Rembrandt Residences Bangkok for 3 days, from 3rd May to 6th May. Overall, our stay was very good and comfortable. We had booked a Grand Suite Twin, and the suite was spacious, well-designed, clean, and properly maintained. The overall interiors of the suite were quite good. The only area that needs improvement is the bathroom. Although the suite was designed very well, the bathroom felt old-style and outdated. The hotel should seriously consider renovating and upgrading the bathroom so that it matches the standard of the suite. The breakfast was excellent with a very good spread and quality. However, there were no Indian food options in the breakfast, which would be a good addition for Indian guests. The location of the hotel is superb — very convenient and well-connected. One more point is regarding the shuttle service. The shuttle service mentioned in the booking details was not actually available/used during our stay, which was a little disappointing. The hotel should update the booking information clearly or ensure that the shuttle service is properly provided as mentioned. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. We would give this hotel 4 stars out of 5 and would recommend it, especially if they renovate the bathrooms, add some Indian breakfast options, and provide the shuttle service as mentioned in the booking.

Enjoyed our wonderful accommodation & stay at Rembrandt Residences Bangkok on Soi 20 - our room had amazing views of Bangkok Sukhumvit precinct. We were so satisfied & pleased with our stay. All the staff are fantastic with great customer & friendly service. The breakfast team are awesome - always there to assist you & again great customer & friendly service. Our special thanks to our lovely waitress Ked. She has great customer service and has a great eye for service excellence to ensure the customer has a great experience.
