Had a fantastic stay at Rembrandt Residences Bangkok! The location was honestly perfect — just a short walk from BTS Asok and Sukhumvit MRT, making it super convenient to explore the city. One of the best parts was that the hotel is tucked away in a quiet street, so despite being in the heart of Bangkok, the evenings were peaceful and relaxing. We were also very grateful to receive an early check-in at 11 am even though the official check-in time was 2 pm. The receptionists were incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you as well for the beautiful flower arrangements I had requested for our anniversary celebration — it truly made the occasion feel memorable and extra special. We stayed on the 27th floor and the city view was absolutely stunning at night. The room itself was huge, with a spacious hall, separate bedroom, and very comfortable beds that made the stay even better. A very special thanks to KREM from room service — he did an outstanding job throughout all 4 days of our stay. The room was always spotless, towels were fresh, and water bottles and tissues were constantly restocked without us even asking. Truly one of the most hardworking and attentive staff members we’ve come across. Thank you, KREM, for making our stay extra comfortable! Only one small downside was that the bathroom water heater wasn’t working properly, so getting a proper hot shower was a bit difficult. Apart from that, everything else was absolutely fabulous. Would definitely love to stay here again on our next Bangkok trip!

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I have always been impressed by the excellent service. The front desk staff, housekeeping team, and restaurant staff are all friendly, professional, and welcoming. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything is well maintained, and the warm service has always made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, this stay was a little disappointing. The room type I booked was much smaller than expected, and the overall experience was not as impressive as before. It was a shame because I always enjoyed staying here. A special thank you to Housekeeper Wi for taking such good care of my room during my short stay. Your kindness and attention are truly appreciated. Sadly, after this experience, I will probably choose a different hotel for my next visit. Thank you, and I wish the team all the best.

We stayed for 12 nights as a family of five and booked one of the larger family rooms with one king bed and two single beds. The room was spacious enough that it truly felt like a home away from home. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff, especially Krem, kept our room sparkling clean every day, which we greatly appreciated. The location is another big plus. The hotel is within walking distance of both the BTS and MRT, and there are plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby where you can grab a quick bite before heading out for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel for families. It's one of the best value-for-money hotels in the area and offers excellent comfort, convenience, and service.

Our family of four stayed in a two-bed unit with a kitchenette and living area. The hotel's location is good, and the housekeeping was nice as well. The building in which our unit was located, and especially the common areas on the hotel room floors, is a little rundown and needs renovation. The main hotel is very modern and bright. The breakfast spread was not elaborate but adequate. The Indian food was particularly flavourful. More vegetarian options would have been nice. Given that the hotel is very popular, breakfast times were very busy. One can avoid that by going early. Having said that, the breakfast dining area is large, and we never had to wait for a table.

Very good location, walkable distance to bts (10 minutes). Rooms are extremely spacious and adequately cleaned. The residence building has a nice outdoor pool, while the hotel building’s gym is very clean and new. Would choose to stay here again next time!
