We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Sayaka at check-in, who was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and helpful. She made the arrival process smooth and pleasant and set the tone for the excellent hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights. There was an impressive variety of options catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Families with children will particularly appreciate the dedicated kid-friendly selections. We were also delighted to find a good range of Indian dishes alongside many international options, ensuring there was something new to try every day. The pool facilities were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. While not the largest pools, they were more than adequate and provided a pleasant atmosphere for both adults and children. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, great dining options, family-friendly facilities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The housekeeping service was exceptional — every time I returned to my room, it was spotless and perfectly organized.During my stay, I accidentally left one of my earbuds behind when changing rooms. To my surprise, it was quickly located and delivered to my new room. I would especially like to thank Ms. Panthong for her attentiveness, professionalism, and outstanding service. The room itself was comfortable and well maintained, and the swimming pool and fitness center were both excellent. Everything about the hotel contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience.I travel to Bangkok every year, and this hotel has always been my first choice. After this stay, I am even more convinced that it will continue to be my preferred hotel whenever I visit the city. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing time in this hotel. I wanted a more quiet room and reception helpt me with the matter and didn't charge me even when they changed my room from deluxe king to premium king. They offered multiple rooms and finally I could find my favorite one. Because of all of these, when my flight back to my home country changed I extended my staying there. Wassana cleaned my room whenever I asked her and it made my room like totally new. Good hotel. Totally recommend it at this price range. Why did I give 4 star because I think there is room to improve breakfast menu. It kinda becomes repetitive for long stay although they make it diverse. And maybe I should not expect more, another reason is that they are doing renovation for some floors so you can hear noises from time to time. But it is really a very good hotel with warm hospitable attitude at any moment. And they are super kind.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, ensuring that our room was impeccably clean and that all toiletries and necessities were fully replenished. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast and dining experience. The hotel offers a great selection of food, with plenty of delicious options for both vegans and vegetarians—a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. A special thank you to Chef Daw, whose kindness and hospitality made our mornings even more memorable. She prepared special vegetarian noodles just for us and always greeted us with the warmest smile. Her genuine care and attention to guests made us feel right at home. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding food. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Bangkok!
