Had a wonderful stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. A special mention to the concierge team, who were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. They assisted with recommendations, arranged transportation, and helped book our vehicle transfer to the airport, making our travel experience smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to night markets for shopping and local street food. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Got more than what we expected. Happy to have stayed here. Spent several days trying to find a suitable hotel in the Pratunam area. We wanted to be the malls but did not want to get stuck in the horrible traffic. Centara Watergate pavilion has its own drop off lobby, hence this was very helpful as getting onto our grab rides was easy. It's location is just a few mins walk to Platinum, Big C and Central world. Pratunam market is just across the street. Plenty of halal food options in the area, our fav was the Everything Halal restaurant. At night, there are stalls set up along the road making the place bustling. If you love massages, there are many massage parlors. This hotel is above a mall. Rooms are very comfortable, decently spacious and clean. Nice view of the city as well. Many hotels in this area are overpriced but this one is affordable with great quality. Definitely recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, while the bellmen were exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless and well-maintained throughout our visit. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's thoughtful hospitality. Upon arrival, we found a lovely fruit platter and cake waiting in our room, which made us feel very welcome. After a day of shopping, we returned to find snacks and bottled water placed beside the bed, and the housekeeping team had prepared the room for the evening. These thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its fantastic location. Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, Big C, CentralWorld, and many other shopping destinations are all within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing around Bangkok. The only minor downside is that the hallways appear a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. However, this did not affect the comfort or quality of our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, thoughtful hospitality, and convenient location.

Prime location - 10mins walk to central wOrld mall, Platinum mall, Big C and Pratunam Market. If you are looking cheap and good quality clothes, spare your morning to Pratunam Market (90% of shops only accept cash). Spacious room - we stayed in room 1433, no nice view but the room was spacious for two of us. A+ for Cleanliness- The room is spotless! Clean sheets with no stain or small. Bathroom also clean with no moldy grout as if the hotel was just recently open. Kudos to the Housekeepers! Attentive Staff - all of of their staff are friendly and attentive. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing but excellent! Will definitely coming back to stay here!

We had a really wonderful stay here as a family. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of options, and the hospitality truly stood out. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. My family especially appreciated the service and the overall care shown to guests. The rooms were well-equipped with smart TVs, which was very convenient—especially when traveling with family and wanting to relax together in the evenings. The only downside was that there was no swimming pool, which would have been a nice addition for families. But apart from that, everything was perfect. If we visit Bangkok again, this will definitely be one of our go-to hotels.
